Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- コンクリート中の鉄筋の腐食を抑制するための陽極であって、混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆貴金属基板と、露出したコンクリート表面に前記基板を接合するための導電性接着剤とを有する陽極。
- 前記MMO被覆基板が細長いテープ形状である請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記導電性接着剤が混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆貴金属粒子を含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記導電性接着剤が、当該接着剤層の厚みより大きい直径を有する混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆貴金属粒子を含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記貴金属基板が、チタン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、またはそれらの合金からなる請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記貴金属基板が、チタン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、またはそれらの合金からなり、且つその被覆が、チタン、タンタル、イリジウム、ルテニウム、パラジウム、またはコバルトの酸化物からなる請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記導電性接着剤が、チタン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、またはそれら合金からなる混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆粒子を含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記導電性接着剤が、チタン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、またはそれらの合金からなる混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆粒子を含み、且つ当該粒子が、チタン、タンタル、イリジウム、ルテニウム、パラジウム、またはコバルトの酸化物で被覆されている請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記導電性接着剤が、10〜1000メッシュの範囲における混合金属酸化物(MMO)被覆粒子を含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記MMO被覆基板が、5mm以上の幅と0.001mmから1mmの範囲の厚みを有する細長いテープ形状である請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 露出したセメントの表面に接合されるMMO被覆基板を覆うセメント・キャップを更に含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 露出したセメントの表面に接合されるMMO被覆基板を覆う非導電性の層を更に含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 露出したセメントの表面に接合されるMMO被覆基板を覆うガラス繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)の層を更に含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記MMO被覆基板が露出金属テープに相互接続される請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記MMO被覆基板が導電性接着剤を使用して露出金属テープに相互接続される請求項1に記載の陽極。
- 前記MMO被覆基板が露出金属テープにスポット溶接される請求項1に記載の陽極。
- コンクリート中の鉄筋に対する陰極防食電流要求に応じてコンクリートの上に一定間隔で配置された複数の基板を含む請求項1に記載の陽極。
