Abstract

本实用新型属电化学领域,是一种蒙脱石作为固体电解质的架空金属管道阴极保护回路。架空管道本身作为回路的阴极,其外涂一层固体电解质作为固体电解质,再外面涂一层石墨材料作为阳极,其特点是蒙脱石是自然矿产,价格低廉,使架空管道阴极保护技术的推广应用成为现实。

Description

本实用新型属电化学领域,是蒙脱石作为固体电解质的架空金属管道阴极保护回路。
防止架空金属管道(例如架空输油管)的腐蚀,是架空金属管道保护的重要课题。目前,已经有了架空金属管道阴极保护的技术。其要点是把被保护的架空管道作为阴极,其上涂覆一层固体电解质材料,外面再用一层石墨材料作阳极,从而形成阴极保护回路。现在使用的固体电解质是CK涂层(主要成份是β-氧化铝),这种材料价格昂贵,不易推广。蒙脱石又名膨润土,是一种自然矿产,通常作为吸附剂或催化剂应用在有关场合。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种蒙脱石作为固体电解质的架空金属管道阴极保护回路。
经分析,发现蒙脱石含有钙基、钠基、锂基、镁基等阳离子,在常温下的离子电导为10-4S-Cm-1,用作架空金属管道阴极保护回路中的固体电解质,是一种理想材料。阴极保护装置如附图所示,架空金属管道1为阴极,其外表面涂一层蒙脱石层2作为固体电解质。该涂层由蒙脱石调成浆糊状后涂覆于管道1外面,经干固而成。再外面是一石墨层3作为阳极。外加电流经恒电位仪4进入保护回路,使阴极极化。蒙脱石层沟通电路使阴极达到一定极化电位,金属管道便受到保护而不再腐蚀或减慢腐蚀速度。这个极化电位称为保护电位,是一个负电位,电位值越小,保护效果越好。
蒙脱石作为固体电解质代替原来的CK涂层组成架空金属管道阴极保保护回路,其优越性在于:蒙脱石是一种自然矿产,生产量大,价格低廉,使架空管道阴极保护技术的推广应用成为现实。

1、一种架空金属管道阴极保护回路,被保护架空管道作为阴极,外面一层石墨作为阳极,中闻一层固体电解质,其特征在于所说的固体电解质层采用蒙脱石材料,由蒙脱石调成浆糊状后涂在架空金属管道外表经干固而成。
