Abstract

Claims (13)
- 流れる媒体を分配し、かつ/または集めるための少なくとも1つの室を備えた少なくとも1つのケースと少なくとも1つのパイプ束とを有し、前記パイプ束が、前記少なくとも1つの室と連通するように接続されているパイプからなり、少なくとも1つのケースが開口部を備えたパイプ底を有しており、前記開口部内へパイプ束のパイプが差込み可能である、熱交換機、特に自動車のための過給器クーラーにおいて、
少なくとも1つのパイプが、少なくともパイプ底の開口部内へ差し込まれる領域において、少なくとも二重壁として形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換機。 - 少なくとも1つのパイプの内壁が、少なくとも1つのパイプの外壁に、少なくとも部分的に平面的に添接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 内側の壁が外側の壁と、少なくとも局所的に半田付けされ、または溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つのパイプの内壁または外壁が、成形された薄板細片として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つのパイプの内壁または外壁が、押出成形された型部品として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つのパイプが、フラットパイプおよび/または多稜パイプとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つのパイプが、内壁の対向する領域を互いに結合する、少なくとも1つの結合ウェブを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つの結合ウェブが、内壁と一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換機。
- 内壁が、その外側に凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 凹部が細長く形成されており、凹部の深さおよび/または幅が、凹部の長手方向に沿って減少していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換機。
- パイプの外壁が、隣接するパイプの少なくとも1つの外壁と、少なくとも1つの結合部材を介して結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも2つのパイプの外壁が、少なくとも1つの結合部材によって一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも2つのパイプの外壁が、少なくとも1つの結合部材によって成形された薄板細片として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の熱交換機。
