Claims (15)
- 移動と回転運動を検出するための方法において、互いに離隔された磁気電気的な2個のトランスデューサ要素(W1,W2)の別々に発生した2つの信号から、合計信号と付加的に差動信号が求められ、続いて求められた合計信号と求められた差動信号を互いにOR演算することを特徴とする方法。
- 求められた合計信号と求められた差動信号がOR演算の前にそれぞれ、ほぼ長方形の信号を発生するほど増幅されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- エンコーダ(1a,1b,1c)と、磁気を感じるトランスデューサ(9,13)と、このトランスデューサに電気的に接続された信号処理段(6a,6b)とを備えている、動く増分目盛の位置周波数を2倍にするための装置、特に請求項1または2記載の方法を実施するための装置において、トランスデューサが少なくとも2つのセンサ的にアクティブな機能グループを備え、この機能グループが可動の目盛を走査するために、位置位相ψだけ位置的に互いにずらしたセンサ的にアクティブなグループまたは部分グループ(W1 ,W2 )を同時に使用し、機能グループが、実質的に関数

に従う変化を有する少なくとも2つの独立した部分信号を発生する手段を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 信号が2つまたはそれ以上の別個の信号チャンネルで処理され、この信号チャンネルが同じような増幅および/またはろ波を行うことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の装置。
- 信号が2つの別個の演算ユニットに供給され、それから生じる信号がそれぞれ、関連して後続配置された、同じ大きさの増幅率と同じ大きさの切換えヒステリシスを有する信号増幅器に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 第1の演算ユニットによって合計信号(S1 +S2 )が連続的に発生し、第2の演算ユニットによって差動信号(S1− S2 )が連続的に発生することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の装置。
- 合計信号と差動信号が論理和素子によって新しい共通の信号にまとめられ、この信号が部分信号の周波数の2倍の周波数と、信号の立ち上がりエッジと立ち下がりエッジの間で対称のデューティレシオを有することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の装置。
- 周波数を部分信号の周波数の2倍にした、合計信号と差動信号によって生じた共通の信号が、変調器に供給され、この変調器が電源を連続的に制御し、共通の信号の周波数情報が制御された電流の変調パターン内に符号化され、周波数情報がセンサモジュールに電気的に接続された電子制御ユニット内で復号化され、動く増分目盛の位置周波数倍増として解釈されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- 装置が二線式インターフェース(12)を介して電子制御装置(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- 部分トランスデューサ(W1 ,W2 )の信号がマルチプレクサを備えた電子機能ユニット(35)によって、交互にデジタルオフセット補償を受け、それによって出力信号(SC1,SC2)として純粋な交流信号が残ることを特徴とする、請求項3〜9の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- 電子機能ユニット(36)が設けられ、この電子機能ユニットが信号SUM=S1 +S2 およびDIF=S1 −S2から回転方向のための識別信号を付加的に計算し、この識別信号を変調器(6a)に供給することを特徴とする、請求項3〜10の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- センサ的にアクティブな機能グループが分離されたトランスデューサ要素または特に共通のブリッジ回路(21)の部分トランスデューサ要素を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜11の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- トランスデューサ要素または部分トランスデューサ要素がホール素子および/または磁気抵抗XMR素子であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の装置。
- トランスデューサ要素の信号がデジタルオフセット補償(35)のための段に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜13の少なくとも一つに記載の装置。
- SWTセンサとしての、請求項3〜14の少なくとも1つの記載の装置の使用。
