Claims (15)
- 서로 이격되어 있는 2 개의 자기-전기 트랜스듀서 소자 (W1, W2) 의 2 개의 별도로 생성되는 신호로부터, 합 신호와 차 신호를 형성하고,그 후에 그 형성된 합 신호와 형성된 차 신호를 논리합 연산 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 국부적인 변위 및 회전의 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 형성된 합 신호와 차 신호는, 실질적으로 구형파 신호를 생성할 정도의 고 비율로 각각 증폭되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 국부적인 변위 및 회전의 검출 방법.
- 인코더 (1a, 1b, 1c), 자기 감지 트랜스듀서 (9, 13) 및 상기 트랜스듀서와 전기 접속되는 신호 조절단 (6a, 6b) 을 구비하는, 특히, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 방법을 구현하기 위한, 이동 증분 스케일의 국부 주파수 배가를 위한 장치로서,상기 트랜스듀서는 이동 스케일을 스캔하기 위하여, 서로 국부 위상 φ만큼 국부적으로 오프셋된, 감지 액티브 그룹 또는 하부 그룹 (W1, W2) 을 동기적으로 이용하는 적어도 2 개의 감지 액티브 기능 그룹을 포함하되,상기 기능 그룹은S1= V * sin (ωt) 및 S2= -V * sin (ωt + φ)의 함수에 따라 주로 변화하는 적어도 2 개의 독립 부분 신호를 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 신호는 동일한 증폭 및/또는 필터링 동작을 수행하는 2 이상의 별개의 신호 채널에서 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 신호는 2 개의 별개의 계산부로 전송되고, 상기 계산부에서 생성된 신호는 동일한 고 비율의 증폭 및 동일한 높은 스위칭 히스테리시스로, 각각 연관된 후속 신호 증폭기로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 1 계산부는 신호 합 (S1+ S2) 을 계속 생성하는 한편, 제 2 계산부는 신호 차 (S1- S2) 를 계속 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 신호 합과 상기 신호 차는 논리합 소자로 단일화되어 새로운 결합 신호가 형성되며 , 신호 차가 부분 신호들 중 일부분 신호의 2 배의 주파수를 나타내며, 주로 신호의 선단 에지와 트레일링 에지 사이의 대칭적인 펄스 점유율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,부분 신호에 대한 그 주파수를 배가시킨, 상기 신호 합과 상기 신호 차로부터 생성되는 결합 신호는, 전류원을 연속하여 제어하는 변조기로 전송되며,상기 결합 신호의 주파수 정보는 상기 제어된 전류의 변조 패턴으로 코드화되며,상기 주파수 정보는 센서 모듈이 전기 접속되는 전기 제어부로 디코딩되며, 이동 증분 스케일의 국부 주파수 배가로 해석되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 8 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,2 배선 인터페이스 (12) 를 경유하여 전자 제어부 (5) 가 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 9 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분 트랜스듀서 (W1, W2) 의 신호는, 다중화부를 구비하는 전기 기능부 (35) 에 의하여 디지털 오프셋 보상을 번갈아 받아,출력 신호 (SC1, SC2) 로서 순수 교류 신호가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 10 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,신호 SUM = S1+ S2및 DIF = S1- S2로부터 회전 방향에 대한 식별 신호를 부가적으로 계산하여 변조기 (6a) 로 전송하는 전자 기능부 (36) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 11 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 감지 액티브 기능 그룹은 브릿지 회로 (21) 의 별도의 트랜스듀서 소자 또는 부분 트랜스듀서 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 트랜스듀서 소자 또는 상기 부분 트랜스듀서 소자는 홀 (Hall) 소자 및/또는 자기저항 XMR 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 13 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 트랜스듀서 소자의 신호는 디지털 오프셋 보상 (35) 을 위한 단으로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 14 항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 기재된 장치의 SWR-센서로서의 구현물.
