Claims (3)
- 冷却剤蒸発器における使用に好適な熱伝達管であって、
外面を備え、該外面が、複数の放射状に延在する螺旋状のフィンを、隣り合うフィンの間に延在するチャネルと共に備え、該フィンは溝が付けられて切り欠きを画成し、
少なくとも一つの核沸騰孔が切り欠きとチャネルの交点に形成され、
隣り合うフィンが隣接する核沸騰孔の間に延在するチャネルを形成するように、該フィンに切り欠きが入れられ且つ湾曲されており、それゆえに該核沸騰孔が主核沸騰空洞を画成し、該フィンがさらに湾曲されて副核沸騰空洞を画成している熱伝達管。 - 冷却剤と、リフレッシュされる冷媒に接触するための内面とを接触させるための熱伝達管の製造方法であって、
(a)複数の螺旋状の隆起を管の内側に形成することと、
(b)複数の放射状に外側に向かって延在するフィンを管の外面に形成することと、
(c)第1の方向に複数の第1の切り欠きを形成すること及び複数の第2の切り欠きを第2の方向に形成することによって該フィンに切り欠きを入れて、主核沸騰空洞を設けることと、
(d)該フィンを湾曲して、該主核沸騰空洞と連通する第2の主核沸騰空洞を設けることを含み、
上記プロセスにより核沸騰孔が該切り欠きの交点に画成され、該核沸騰孔が主空洞と副空洞とを有する熱伝達管の製造方法。 - 改良された冷却剤蒸発器であって、
外郭と、
該外郭内に含まれる冷却剤と、
該外郭に含まれ、該冷却剤中に浸された少なくとも一つの熱伝達管であって、主空洞と副空洞とを画成する少なくとも一つの核沸騰孔を含む少なくとも一つの熱伝達管とを備える冷却剤蒸発器。
