Claims (20)

- 約18〜22ミクロンの平均繊維直径を有する、請求項1記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記絶縁材料は、約1.0〜10.0pcf(16.02〜160.2kg/m3)の密度と、約40〜1200psi(275.79〜8273.71kPa)の曲げ強度と、を有する、請求項1記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記絶縁材料は、以下のような吸音率を有する、請求項5記載の絶縁材料。

- 前記低メルト複合繊維は、異なるメルトフロー温度をもたらす、共ポリエステル/ポリエチレン・テレフタレート、ポリ1,4シクロヘキサンジエチル・テレフタレート/ポリプロピレン、グリコール修飾ポリエチレン・テレフタレート/ポリエチレン・テレフタレート、ポリ1.4シクロヘキサンジメチル・テレフタレート/ポリプロピレン、プロピレン/ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン6/ナイロン66、ポリエチレン/ガラス、ポリマー/天然繊維、及びそれらの混合物からなる材料のグループから選択される、請求項13記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記複合繊維は、シース−コア、サイド−バイ−サイド、及び分割パイのからなるグループから選択された形態にある、請求項14記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記低メルト複合繊維は、約100℃(212°F)乃至約130℃(266°F)のメルトフロー温度を有する、請求項14記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記高メルト複合繊維は、異なるメルトフロー温度をもたらす、共ポリエステル/ポリエチレン・テレフタレート、ポリ1,4シクロヘキサンジエチル・テレフタレート/ポリプロピレン、グリコール修飾ポリエチレン・テレフタレート/ポリエチレン・テレフタレート、ポリ1.4シクロヘキサンジメチル・テレフタレート/ポリプロピレン、プロピレン/ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン6/ナイロン66、及びそれらの混合物からなる材料のグループから選択される、請求項13記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記高メルト複合繊維は、シース−コア、サイド−バイ−サイド、及び分割パイからなるグループから選択された形態にある、請求項17記載の絶縁材料。
- 前記高メルト複合繊維は、約170℃(338°F)乃至約200℃(392°F)のメルトフロー温度を有する、請求項17記載の絶縁材料。
- 約150℃(302°F)乃至約180℃(356°F)のメルトフロー温度を有する結晶/半結晶複合繊維を、前記高メルト複合繊維の代わりに、一部分又は全部に用いる、請求項17記載の絶縁材料。
