Claims (7)
- 同種の並列な流体パスを有するマイクロフルイディクシステムにおいて、個々の流体パス(5)にそれぞれ等しい個所に流体パス(5)のなかの流体の流れにより影響される物理的または化学的な量を検出するためのセンサ(7)が対応付けられ、センサ(7)が、センサ(7)により検出された量の偏差からマイクロフルイディクシステムの作動状態の1つの変化を診断する1つの評価装置(10)に接続されていることを特徴とするマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- 流体パスが1つのマイクロフルイディクモジュール(1)の並列なマイクロチャネル(5)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- 流体パスが同種の並列に接続されるマイクロフルイディクモジュール(11〜19)のなかのそれぞれ流体を導く構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- センサ(7)がそれぞれ等しい個所において流体パス(5)のなかの圧力を検出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- センサ(20)がそれぞれ等しい個所において温度を検出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- センサがそれぞれ等しい個所において機械的応力を検出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
- マイクロフルイディクモジュール(たとえば11、14、17)の並列接続の際に、それぞれ1つのマイクロフルイディクモジュール(11)がマスターとして、その他の並列なマイクロフルイディクモジュール(14、17)がスレーブとして動作し、スレーブがそれぞれマスターにくらべて減ぜられたセンサ機能を有し、センサ(20)に接続されている評価装置(21)がマスターの作動状態に対するスレーブの作動状態の変化を診断することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のマイクロフルイディクシステム。
