Q14と変化し、このとき反応時間tRはtR11からtR12と流量に反比例して減少する。
101から検出器105までの流路体積より反応時間の算出403を行う。
102の停止の判断503によって停止命令を受けた場合は試行を行った流量,反応時間および収率の記録505を行い終了する。
105からの溶液組成の検出器が各流路間で均一かの判断502において値が均一でなかった場合、検出器後部の電磁三方弁301を生成溶液タンク302側から混合溶液タンク106側へ切り替える。逆にこれらが均一である場合には電磁三方弁301を混合溶液タンク106から生成溶液タンク302側へと切り替える。これらの作業によって複数個のマイクロリアクタを用いた生産における品質を一定に保つことが可能となる。
ρlv/d2 と定義されるので、この式より各マイクロリアクタ101混合流路内の流速vについてva=nvb=mvc が導かれる。

Claims (5)
- 2液を原料溶液として混合して目的生成物を得るマイクロ流路を有したマイクロリアク
タと、前記マイクロリアクタに導入する原料溶液を貯留するための原料タンクと、前記原
料溶液を前記マイクロリアクタへ送液するポンプと、前記マイクロリアクタの温度を設定
する温度制御装置と、前記マイクロリアクタ内で混合された混合溶液を回収する混合溶液
タンクとを備えたマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、
複数個並列に配置された前記マイクロリアクタと、
それぞれの前記マイクロリアクタの下流側に設置された流量計と、
それぞれの前記マイクロリアクタで混合された混合溶液の組成を検出強度として検出す
る検出器と、
前記ポンプによる送液量を制御し、前記流量計による流量の値と前記検出器による検出
強度の値とが入力され、前記原料溶液が混合されてから前記検出器で検出されるまでの反
応時間と、前記目的生成物の収率と、を演算する処理装置と、を備え、
前記処理装置は、それぞれの前記マイクロリアクタにおいて前記ポンプによる送液量を
変化させる手段と、変化させた毎に前記反応時間と前記目的生成物の収率とを演算して記
憶する手段と、記憶された前記反応時間と前記目的生成物の収率とに基づいて複数個のう
ちいずれかの前記マイクロリアクタを選択決定する手段と、を有し、複数個の前記マイクロ流路は、少なくとも流路断面積あるいは流路長のいずれかが異なるものを含むことを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、
それぞれの前記マイクロリアクタは着脱が可能とされたことを特徴とするマイクロリア
クタシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、
複数個の前記マイクロリアクタのマイクロ流路は、流路断面が円管形状とされ、相互間において流路内径の比と流路長の比が等しくされたことを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシ
ステム。 - 請求項1に記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、
前記マイクロリアクタ内で混合された混合溶液を合流して回収する生成溶液タンクを備えることを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、
前記マイクロリアクタ内で混合された混合溶液を合流して回収する生成溶液タンクと、前記検出器の下流側に接続され前記混合溶液を前記混合溶液タンクあるいは前記生成溶液タンクへと切り替える電磁三方弁と、を備えたことを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステ
ム。
