実施例7は、高pH(=8.8)カルボキシル化アクリルコロイド状分散系、カーボセット(登録商標)GA2123を含有するシアンドナー組成物中への有機塩基、N,N−ジメチルエタノールアミン(DMEA)の添加による改善された画像形成寛容度を示す。
実施例8は、シアンドナー中への塩、酢酸マグネシウムの組み入れで生じる改善された画像形成寛容度を示す。
Claims (25)
- 少なくとも1つの加熱層が、前記ドナー要素支持体と前記着色剤層との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの加熱層が、レーザー放射線を本質的に吸収できる、有機および無機材料よりなる群から選択される化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記加熱層の無機材料が、元素の周期表の族IIIA、IVA、VA、VIA、VIIIA、IIB、IIIB、およびVBの遷移金属元素、元素の周期表の族IIIA、IVA、VA、VIA、VIIIA、IIB、IIIB、およびVBの金属元素、それらの相互の合金、ならびにそれらの族IAおよびIIAの元素との合金よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記加熱層の有機および無機材料が、クロム、アルミニウム、カーボンブラック、NIRシアニン染料化合物およびそれらの組合せよりなる群から選択されるレーザー放射線吸収化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記高分子バインダーが、アクリル酸のホモポリマーまたは共重合体、アクリル酸のエステルのホモポリマーまたは共重合体、メタクリル酸のホモポリマーまたは共重合体、メタクリル酸のエステルのホモポリマーまたは共重合体、アルキルメタクリル酸のホモポリマーまたは共重合体、アルキルメタクリル酸のエステルのアクリレートエステルのホモポリマーまたは共重合体、スチレンおよびオレフィンモノマーの共重合体、スチレンおよびアクリロニトリルの共重合体;フルオロポリマー、エチレンおよび一酸化炭素と(メタ)アクリレートエステルの共重合体、(メタ)アクリレートブロック共重合体、および他のコモノマータイプを含有する(メタ)アクリレート共重合体、ポリカーボネート、(メタ)アクリレートホモポリマーおよび共重合体、ポリスルホン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ならびにそれらの組合せよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記高分子バインダーが、澱粉誘導体;カルボキシメチルセルロース;アクリル酸、アクリル酸エステル、アクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル、ブタジエン、スチレンおよびそれらの組合せをベースとするポリビニルアルコール;ならびにアクリル酸、アクリル酸エステル、アクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル、ブタジエン、スチレンおよびそれらの組合せをベースとする水性分散系よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像転写要素。
- M+nが、Na+1、Li+1、K+1、Mg+2、Ca+2、Sr+2、Ba+2、Fe+2、Fe+3、Cu+2、Zn+2、Al+3、NH4 +、N(R1)4 +およびS(R1)3 +(ここで、R1は1〜6個の炭素原子を含有する脂肪族基である)よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- M+nが、N(C2H5)4 +、N(C3H7)4 +、N(C4H9)4 +、S(CH3)3 +、S(C2H5)3 +、S(C3H7)3 +およびS(C4H9)3 +よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- X−qが、SO4 −2、SO3 −2、HSO3 −、S2O3 −2、S2O5 −2、PO4 −3、HPO4 −2、H2PO4 −、F−、Cl−、Br−、I−、CO3 −2、HCO3 −、アセテートイオンおよびアセチルアセテートイオンよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記金属塩が、硫酸マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸アルミニウム、塩化カルシウム、またはAlK(SO4)2およびAl(NH4)(SO4)2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記金属塩が、金属塩の無水和物または水和物よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記金属塩が、カルボン酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 低い分解温度(Td)を有するポリカーボネート、低い分解温度を有する置換スチレンポリマー、ポリアクリレートおよびポリメタクリレートエステル、低い分解温度(Td)を有するセルロース系材料、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ(塩化クロロビニル)ポリアセタール、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、低いTdのポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリオルトエステル、アクロニトリル、置換アクリロニトリルポリマー、マレイン酸樹脂、上記化合物の共重合体ならびにそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される化合物を含む少なくとも1つの突出層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の画像転写層。
- 前記着色剤が、実質的に透明な有機顔料、実質的に透明な無機顔料、不透明な有機顔料、不透明な無機顔料、染料、色形成染料およびそれらの組合せよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記着色剤層が、熱増幅添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの加熱層が、熱増幅添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の画像転写要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出層が、熱増幅添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の画像転写要素。
- 共押出されるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリオレフィンフィルムおよび紙よりなる群から選択されるドナー要素支持体と、
前記ドナー要素支持体上に配置される着色剤層であって、澱粉誘導体;カルボキシメチルセルロース;アクリル酸、アクリル酸エステル、アクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル、ブタジエン、スチレンおよびそれらの組合せをベースとするポリビニルアルコール;ならびにアクリル酸、アクリル酸エステル、アクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル、ブタジエン、スチレンおよびそれらの組合せをベースとする水性分散系よりなる群から選択される高分子バインダー、着色剤、全固形分含有率を基準にして固形分約0.1から約6.0%の範囲の量の界面活性剤および下記構造
少なくとも1つの加熱層が、前記ドナー要素支持体と前記着色剤層との間に配置されることを特徴とする熱誘起画像転写用の画像転写要素。 - 請求項1に記載の画像転写要素およびレシーバー要素を備えることを特徴とするレーザー加工可能な組立体。
- (a)請求項19に記載のレーザー組立体をレーザーに画像様露光する工程と、
(b)請求項1に記載のドナー要素をレシーバー要素から分離する工程と、任意選択的に、
(c1)受像層を永久基材に転写する工程、または
(c2)受像層を中間要素に転写し、そして次に永久基材に転写する工程、または
(c3)レシーバー支持体を除去して、永久基材、熱可塑性樹脂層、着色転写画像、および受像層を含む組立体またはサンドイッチ体をもたらす工程と
を含むことを特徴とする、熱画像の作製方法。 - ドナー要素支持体と
前記ドナー要素支持体上に配置される着色剤層であって、高分子バインダー、着色剤、全固形分含有率を基準にして固形分約0.1から約6.0%の範囲の量の界面活性剤および下記構造
を含む熱誘起画像転写用のレシーバー要素および画像転写要素を含む組立体をレーザー放射線に画像様露光する工程を含むことを特徴とする熱画像の作製における画像形成寛容度の改善方法。 - 液晶ディスプレー装置での使用に好適なモノクロームまたはカラーフィルター要素の製造方法であって、
支持体層および着色剤層および画像レシーバーを有するドナー要素であって、前記着色剤層が前記支持体層と前記画像レシーバーとの間に挟まれているドナー要素、
高分子バインダー、着色剤、全固形分含有率を基準にして固形分約0.1から約6.0%の範囲の量の界面活性剤および下記構造
を含む画像転写要素を加熱する工程と、
前記画像転写要素の一部を化学線に画像様露光して露光された組立体を提供する工程と、
前記露光された組立体のレシーバーから支持体層を分離してカラーフィルター要素を得る工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記レシーバーがガラスであることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 導電性コーティング、液晶材料およびアラインメント層と結びつけられる請求項23に記載の方法によって製造されるモノクロームまたはカラーフィルター要素を含むことを特徴とする液晶ディスプレー装置の製造方法。
