Abstract
Description
−カリウム:0.515、0.565、および0.615モル/モルFe2O3、
−カルシウム:0.025、0.050、および0.075モル/モルFe2O3、
−セリウム:0.050、0.085、および0.120モル/モルFe2O3、
−モリブデン:0.005、0.0175、および0.030モル/モルFe2O3、
−銅:0、0.050、および0.100モル/モルFe2O3、
−クロム:0、0.050、および0.100モル/モルFe2O3、
−鉄黄:0、10、および20%w(酸化鉄の合計量に対して)、および
−仮焼温度:725、825、および925℃。
エチルベンゼンからのスチレンの調製に及ぼす効果を試験した。
−カルシウム:0.025、0.075、および0.125モル/モルFe2O3、
−セリウム:0.050、0.075、および0.100モル/モルFe2O3、および
−モリブデン:0.010、0.030、および0.050モル/モルFe2O3。
カリウムの量は0.550モル/モルFe2O3、銅およびクロムは存在せず、仮焼温度は825℃であった。セリウムの量が増加しても、フェニルアセチレンの選択性は、著しく減少することはないことを発見した。
Claims (17)
- 酸化鉄およびランタニド化合物を主要成分とし、前記酸化鉄の少なくとも一部はハロゲン化鉄の熱分解を含む方法により作製され、Fe2O3として計算して触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.07〜0.15モルの範囲の量のランタニドを含む触媒。
- ハロゲン化鉄の熱分解を含む方法により作製された前記酸化鉄が、10〜3000重量ppm、特に50〜2000重量ppmのハロゲン化物を含有する請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 酸化鉄およびランタニド化合物を主要成分とし、前記酸化鉄の少なくとも一部分が残留ハロゲン化物を含み、Fe2O3として計算して触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.07〜0.15モルの範囲の量のランタニドを含む触媒。
- 前記残留ハロゲン化物含有量が、残留ハロゲン化物を含有する酸化鉄部分の重量に対するハロゲンの重量として計算して、10〜3000重量ppm、特に50〜2000重量ppmの範囲にある請求項3に記載の触媒。
- ランタニドがセリウムを含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- アルカリ金属、特にカリウムの化合物を主要成分とし、合計量で、Fe2O3として計算して触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、少なくとも0.45モル、特に、Fe2O3として計算して、触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.55〜5モルの範囲の量のアルカリ金属をさらに含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- アルカリ土類金属、特にカルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウム、より具体的にはカルシウムを主要成分とし、合計量で、Fe2O3として計算して触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.01〜0.2モルの範囲、特に、Fe2O3として計算して、触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.02〜0.13モルの範囲のアルカリ土類金属をさらに含む請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- モリブデン、タングステン、バナジウム、銅および/またはクロムの化合物、特にモリブデンおよび/またはタングステンの化合物を主要成分とし、合計量で、Fe2O3として計算して、触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.001〜0.1モルの範囲、特に、Fe2O3として計算して、触媒中に存在する酸化鉄1モル当たり、0.005〜0.05モルの範囲のモリブデン、タングステン、バナジウム、銅および/またはクロムをさらに含む請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 3000Å未満、特に1200〜2800Åの中央細孔径を有する請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- さらに鉄黄を主要成分とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 触媒中に存在するFe2O3と見なした酸化鉄の全重量に対して、Fe2O3の重量として計算して50%wまで、特に1〜30%wの範囲の前記鉄黄を使用する請求項10に記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも酸化鉄およびランタニド化合物を十分な量含む混合物を調製すること、および前記混合物を仮焼することを含む請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の触媒を調製するための方法。
- 仮焼温度が、600〜1200℃の範囲、特に700〜1100℃の範囲である請求項12に記載の方法。
- アルキル芳香族化合物を含む供給原料を、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の触媒と接触させることを含む、アルキル芳香族化合物を脱水素する方法。
- アルキル芳香族化合物に対するモル比が10より小さい水の存在下で操作する請求項14に記載の方法。
- アルキル芳香族化合物がエチルベンゼンを含む請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載のアルキル芳香族化合物を脱水素する方法で調製されたアルケニル芳香族化合物を重合させて、アルケニル芳香族化合物から誘導されるモノマー単位を含むポリマーまたはコポリマーを形成することを含む、ポリマーまたはコポリマーを作製するために、アルケニル芳香族化合物を使用する方法。
