Abstract
Description
アクリルガラスプレートの製造のために、研磨されたケイ酸塩ガラスからなる2×3mのサイズのプレート2枚から20mmの周囲を取り囲むパッキンを用いてチャンバを形成した。このチャンバ内にそれぞれ30mmの間隔で相互に平行に2mmの直径を有する単繊維のポリアミドフィラメントを張った。ポリアミドフィラメントに対して90°の角度でポリアミドで被覆された鋼ケーブルを挿入した。鋼ケーブルは10 000kg/mm2の弾性率、170kgの引張強さ及び230kgの極限引張強さを有していた。
比較例1
例1を本質的には繰り返した。しかしながら、ポリアミドシースを有しない、同じ機械的性質を有する鋼ケーブルを使用した。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの埋め込まれた金属ケーブルを有する少なくとも1つの透明なアクリルガラスプレートを有している消音拘束系において、
金属ケーブルの表面と透明なアクリルガラスマトリックスとの間に、少なくとも部分的にプラスチック層が設けられている
ことを特徴とする、消音拘束系。 - プラスチック層がプレートのアクリルガラスマトリックスと不相溶性である、請求項1記載の拘束系。
- プラスチック層がポリアミド、ポリエステル及び/又はポリプロピレンからなっている、請求項2記載の拘束系。
- プラスチック層の厚さが50μm〜1mmの範囲内である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルが1000N〜100 000Nの範囲内の極限引張強さを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルが50 000N/mm2〜1 000 000N/mm2の範囲内の弾性率を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルが0.6mm〜3mmの範囲内の直径を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルが鉄を含有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルが鋼からなっている、請求項8記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルがモノフィラメントである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- 金属ケーブルがポリフィラメントである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- プラスチック層が金属ケーブル上に施与されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- プラスチック層が金属ケーブルの表面の少なくとも80%を覆っている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- アクリルガラスプレートが、互いに平行に配置されている多数の金属ケーブルを有している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- アクリルガラスプレートが付加的にプラスチックからなるフィラメントを含んでいる、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系。
- プラスチックからなるフィラメントと金属ケーブルとが、45°〜90°の範囲内の角度を形成している、請求項15記載の拘束系。
- 防音壁としての、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の拘束系の使用。
