Claims (10)
- 注入可能物の連続重量測定および空気運搬のためのデバイスであって、前記注入可能物は、測定ロータ(1)を用いて先導され、前記測定ロータ(1)は、ハウジング(2)中にて耐圧に配置されかつ計測長さにわたってコンベヤポケット(1a)を有し、前記ハウジング(2)は、空気式コンベヤシステムのフィードライン/除去ライン(4、5)への接続部を有する注入可能物送達ステーションおよび排出ステーションを有し、かつ、力測定デバイスへと接続され、前記力測定デバイスを通じて、前記運搬材料から前記測定ロータ(1)へと付加されるトルク負荷が決定可能であり、前記空気式コンベヤシステムのフィードラインおよび除去ラインは、前記ハウジング(2)の底部へと接続され、前記フィードライン(4)から前記除去ライン(5)へのフローたわみは、前記ハウジング(2)の上方領域内部に配置されることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記空気式コンベヤシステム(3)のフィードライン(4)は、前記測定ロータ(1)中のラジアル方向の内部開口部(8)へと接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記開口部(8)は、互いに同心円状に配置されたシャフト形状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジング(2)は、封入プレート(2b)により上部(2a)上にて閉口されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジング(2)内側のフローたわみは、前記排出ステーションにおいてたわみカーブ(2c)の形状で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
- 前記測定ロータ(1)のコンベヤポケット(1a)は、互いに同心円状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
- 前記コンベヤポケット(1a)の断面を前記除去ライン(5)のチューブ状断面に移動させるための収集ファネル(9)は、前記ハウジング(2)の底部上に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記除去ライン(5)の接続部(5a)は、二重接ぎ部として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
- 前記フィードライン(4)および前記除去ライン(5)は、クランプ(10)によって前記ハウジング(2)から横方向に違いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
- 前記フィードライン(4)および前記除去ライン(5)の補償器(11)は、前記ハウジング(2)から横方向に共有ブラケット(12)へと取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうち1つに記載のデバイス。
