Description

用于连续重量计量和气动输送散装物料的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连续重量计量和气动输送散装物料的设备,散装物料借助一个气密地装在一外壳内的设有输送袋的计量转子导引经过一测量段,其中,所述外壳具有与一气动输送系统的管道连接的一个散装物料装料站和一个排空站,并且与一测力装置相连,通过该测力装置确定被输送的物料施加在计量转子上的瞬时负荷。
背景技术
由申请人的US-Patent 4,682,915已和这样一种所谓的计量转子秤(Dosierrotorwaage)的设备。其中,设一气动输送系统用于计量转子的输送袋的“送风”,输入管从下方引向计量转子,以便将散装物料向上从输送袋向排出管吹出和继续输送。这种设备业已证实基本上是适用的,因为在输入管和排出管内以及在散装物料装料站内用于去耦所需的胀缩补偿件(Kompensator)布置在与计量转子回转轴线在一条直线上,但这会带来结构上的问题,即难以将这些胀缩补偿件装设在计量转子的上方。因此通常将装料站上的散装物料漏斗向上错移,使气动输送系统的排出管在不作大的转向的情况下向上进一步导引。此外,为了从下向上送风必须保持一个最低气流速度,以便在各种条件下保证要求的排送。然而在低输送量时这可能导致气动输送系统的超比例的空气量。
发明内容
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题是,在构造和装配费用方面以及在流动导引方面改进用于连续重量计量和气动输送散装物料的设备。
为了解决前述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于连续重量计量和气动输送散装物料的设备,所述散装物料借助一个气密地装在一外壳内的设有输送袋的计量转子导引经过一测量段,其中,所述外壳具有与一气动输送系统的输入/排出管连接的一个散装物料装料站和一个排空站并且与一测力装置相连,通过该测力装置确定被输送的物料施加在计量转子上的瞬时负荷,以及所述气动输送系统的输入管和排出管连接在所述外壳的下侧,其特征为:从所述输入管到所述排出管的流动转向安排在所述外壳的上部区域的内部。
其中,所述气动输送系统的输入管连接在所述计量转子内的沿径向处于内部的通道上。
其中,所述通道设计为互相同心地排列的井筒的形式。
其中,所述外壳在其上侧面用一密封板封闭。
其中,在所述外壳的内部排空站处的流动转向装置设计为转向弧的形式。
其中,所述计量转子的输送袋互相同心地设置。
其中,在所述外壳的下侧设计有一个集料漏斗,用于使所述输送袋的横截面过渡为所述排出管的管状截面。
其中,所述排出管的接头设计为双重接管。
其中,所述输入管和排出管在所述外壳的侧面借助一夹子互相连接。
其中,所述输入管和排出管的胀缩补偿件在所述外壳的侧面固定在一公共的托架上。
通过使气动输送系统的流动反向在外壳内部进行,可以简化气动输送系统的管道设计方案并且使结构更加紧凑。因此输入管和排出管的两个胀缩补偿件可以设在计量转子秤的机架外,例如通过将散装物料漏斗安装得更深或机架有更小的结构高度,而更好地利用计量转子上方的狭窄结构空间。此外,由于可方便地够到构件,而使气动输送系统的装配和可能需要的维护或检查更加方便。在这里特别有利的是在计量转子的输送袋内达到了更好的流动导引,因为在外壳内部的进气导向在外壳的上部区直接在计量转子的上方转为相反方向以及从上方通过输送袋定向,所以散装物料的排出还得到重力的支持。此外,恰恰在小输送量的情况下当空气反向吹入时由于涡流导致物料更好地从输送袋排出和转送到排出管内。此外,降低了气动输送系统的能耗量,因为只使用较小的空气量和/或输送空气的较低的速度。此外,降低了装配费用,因为使流动反向的元件集成组合在外壳内以及不再需要单独地装配或密封。

图1表示一计量转子秤的示意的横截面图,用来原则上解释结构原理;
图2表示按照现有技术的计量转子秤的侧视图;以及
图3表示带有按照本发明设计的管道的计量转子秤的二分之一放大示意图。
具体实施方式
图1以横截面图表示一台所谓的计量转子秤。它主要由一外壳2和一在该外壳内的在密封板之间旋转的计量转子1组成,后者有多个输送袋1a。计量转子1由可调式电动机M驱动。输送袋1a形式上为安置在计量转子1内的同心环,也就是说,所述计量转子1的输送袋1a互相同心地设置。此外,沿径向在里面设一些通道8(见图3),在现有技术中它们用于产生阻挡空气。优选的是,通道8设计为互相同心地排列的井筒的形式。在外壳2上连接一个带有输入管和排出管的气动输送系统,由此构成一个排空站。此外,在外壳2的上方设计一个散装物料装料站14(见图2),其中,外壳2可绕一水平轴线回转地支承,以便通过一个与之相隔一定距离的吊挂装置7作用在测力单元6上(见图2)。由于绕表示在图2中的由轴承13构成的回转轴A-A(也可见图3)回转,所以检测出由被输送的物料施加在作为测量段的计量转子1上的瞬时负荷。为了解脱力的影响,在输入管和排出管中设胀缩补偿件,它们与散装物料装料站上的胀缩补偿件11一起设在回转轴A-A上。
图3表示现在按照本发明建议的气动输送系统3的设计方案。在这里,气动输送系统3的输入管4及排出管5的两个接头4a、5a连接在外壳2的下侧。输入管4通向计量转子1内沿径向在里面的通道8,以便直接通过该通道在外壳2内部沿转向弧2c重新向下导往输送袋1a。外壳2的上侧面2a与早先的结构方式相比用一块简单的密封板26封闭。
通过在外壳2内部的这种流动转向或反向,大大改善了散装物料从输送袋1a排出的效果,因为甚至在微小的空气速度下也形成涡流,这些涡流使散装物料从输送袋1a的排出更加容易,以及尤其还有重力作用在处于输送袋1a内的散装物料上。因此可以经由处于下方的集料漏斗9和排出管5可靠地完成排出。接头5a在这里设计为双重接管并与集料漏斗9一样用于使输送袋1a的扇形截面连续地过渡为排出管5的管状截面。
气动系统3的排出管5和输入管4优选地在侧面借助机架上的一夹子10互相连接,从而减少装配费用。这同样适用于输入管4和排出管5的胀缩补偿件11在一公共的托架12上的固定,所以在这里也同样减小了用于所需要的胀缩补偿件11的装配费用,因为它们可以构成一个安装单元。因此减小了在长年使用后可能需要的维护费用,因为胀缩补偿件11设置为能方便地够到。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于连续重量计量和气动输送散装物料的设备,所述散装物料借助一个气密地装在一外壳(2)内的设有输送袋(1a)的计量转子(1)导引经过一测量段,其中,所述外壳(2)具有与一气动输送系统的输入/排出管(4、5)连接的一个散装物料装料站和一个排空站并且与一测力装置相连,通过该测力装置确定被输送的物料施加在计量转子(1)上的瞬时负荷,以及所述气动输送系统的输入管和排出管连接在所述外壳(2)的下侧,其特征为:从所述输入管(4)到所述排出管(5)的流动转向安排在所述外壳(2)的上部区域的内部。
2.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:所述气动输送系统(3)的输入管(4)连接在所述计量转子(1)内的沿径向处于内部的通道(8)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的设备,其特征为:所述通道(8)设计为互相同心地排列的井筒的形式。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征为:所述外壳(2)在其上侧面(2a)用一密封板(2b)封闭。
5.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:在所述外壳(2)的内部排空站处的流动转向装置设计为转向弧(2c)的形式。
6.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:所述计量转子(1)的输送袋(1a)互相同心地设置。
7.按照权利要求6所述的设备,其特征为:在所述外壳(2)的下侧设计有一个集料漏斗(9),用于使所述输送袋(1a)的横截面过渡为所述排出管(5)的管状截面。
8.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:所述排出管(5)的接头(5a)设计为双重接管。
9.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:所述输入管(4)和排出管(5)在所述外壳(2)的侧面借助一夹子(10)互相连接。
10.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征为:所述输入管(4)和排出管(5)的胀缩补偿件(11)在所述外壳(2)的侧面固定在一公共的托架(12)上。
