Abstract
Description
VYDYNE30%体積対体積ガラス充填ナイロン66インサートを、クリップを有する第一フレームレール半体の中に、第一フレームレール半体内の位置決め穴を使用して、挿入し、そして機械的に保持する。2mm被覆BETABRACE85076膨張性エポキシ発泡体接着剤で被覆されているインサートは、フレームレールと直接接触する発泡体の量を最大にするように設計されている。
Claims (10)
- キャビティを有する構造体を強化するにあたり、a)構造体のキャビティの一部の中に、挿入の場所で構造体と一緒になって、強化材料のための、入口を有する収納領域を形成する隔壁形成性インサートを挿入する工程、b)このインサートを構造体にシールする工程、c)強化領域の入口を通して、収納領域を少なくとも部分的に充填するのに十分な量の未硬化強化材料を加える工程及びd)前記強化材料を硬化させる工程を含んでなる構造体の強化方法。
- 構造体が自動車フレームレール又はユニボディである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 未硬化強化材料が膨張性二液型ポリウレタン樹脂又は膨張性二液型エポキシ樹脂である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 未硬化強化材料が膨張性二液型ポリウレタン樹脂である請求項3に記載の方法。
- 熱活性化した膨張性エポキシ接着剤又は熱活性化した非膨張性シリコーン若しくはアクリル接着剤によって又は機械的手段によって、インサートを構造体にヒートシールする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 強化材料を収納領域に実質的に充填する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- a)キャビティを有する自動車フレームレール又はユニボディ及びb)キャビティ内に配置され、シールされた隔壁形成インサートを含み、インサートが挿入の場所で構造体と一緒になって、強化材料が少なくとも部分的に充填されている強化領域を規定する、強化構造体。
- 強化材料が膨張性二液型ポリウレタン又は硬化膨張した二液型ポリウレタンである請求項7に記載の強化構造体。
- 膨張したエポキシ接着剤の方法によってシールされている請求項7又は8に記載の強化構造体。
- 強化材料が強化領域を実質的に充填し、インサートが未硬化強化材料の方向に突出している突起を含む充填材強化熱可塑性樹脂である請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の強化構造体。
