Claims (9)
- センサ(1,16)において、
センサ体(2)を有しており、該センサ体(2)はそのヘッド側に孔(3)を有していて、該孔(3)内にセンサエレメント(4)が配置されており、
前記センサ体(2)の足側に足部(5)が配置されていて、この足部(5)は、フランジ(6)と、このフランジ(6)に配置された保護エレメント(7)とを有しており、
前記フランジ(6)の厚さ(D)が、孔(3)の幅(B)よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする、センサ。 - 保護エレメント(7)が、フランジ(6)の外側領域からセンサ体(2)に向かって延在するU字形部材であって、該U字形が足部(5)内で孔(8)を制限している、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- センサ体(2)の、保護エレメント(7)とは反対側に別の保護エレメント(22)が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載のセンサ。
- 射出成形型内にプラスチックを射出成形することによって製造される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
- センサ体(2)の孔(3)及び、足部(5)の孔(8)は、センサ体(2)の同じ側で内方から延びている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
- センサ体(2)の側面に係止アーム(11,12)が設けられており、
センサ体(2)と係止アーム(11,12)との間に各1つの自由室(13,14)が設けられており、
自由室(13,14)が、センサ体(2)の、前記孔(3)と同じ側で内方に延びている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 - センサエレメント(4)が接続ワイヤ(15)によって孔(3)内で保持されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複数のセンサ(1,16)が無秩序に配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のセンサを製造するための方法において、
前記センサ(1,6)を、射出成形型(9,10)内にプラスチックを射出成形することによって製造し、足部(5)の孔(8,23)を、射出成形型(9,10)内に組み込まれた突起(17,18)によって形成することを特徴とする、センサを製造するための方法。
