・点灯“スタート”ボタン(運転中点灯)−瞬時非ラッチ
・停止ボタン−瞬時非ラッチ
・比率設定増分は0.1、範囲は0〜10。
・デジタルディスプレイに表示されるエラーコード(例えばE:27)
運転(比例): 両流体バルブを開く。各ポンプの行程をモニターする。一方のポンプが他のポンプより先に非比例的に動いた場合にはその流体バルブを閉じる。残りのポンプの行程をモニターする。後続のポンプが追いついたならば他の流体バルブを開く。繰り返す。
エラー: 停止モードの特定の場合。流体バルブ及び再循環バルブは閉じる。エラーは“確認”されねばならない。
校正: 各LDTは異なるオフセット及びゲインを有している。コントローラは適正な作動のためにこれらのデータを必要とする。
Claims (3)
- 所定の比率で混合される少なくとも第1及び第2部分を有する複数の成分材料を分配するための方法であって、該装置は前記第1及び第2部分に接続される第1及び第2往復ポンプを有し、前記ポンプの各々は変位変換器と前記ポンプの出口のバルブとを有するものにおいて、当該方法は、
前記変換器の変位及び前記所定の比率に対応する前記変換器の各々の出力を予め定める段階;
前記第1及び第2のポンプを前記変換器の一方が前記予め定めた出力に達するまで運転する段階;
前記予め定めた出力に達したポンプに関連する前記バルブを閉じて他のポンプをそれが前記の予め定めた出力に達する迄運転を継続する段階、
を有する。 - 各流体バルブを関連するポンプが切替に達するに伴って閉じて、該ポンプが何らかのガスを圧縮してチェックバルブを積極的に閉じる段階と、
前記ポンプがストールしたら前記流体バルブを開く段階と、
前記バルブが閉じたらそのサイクルの部分の間の移動及びそれによる流れを無視する段階と、
をさらに有する請求項1の方法。 - チェックバルブを有する往復ポンプにおける切替を補償するための方法であって、前記ポンプは変位変換器と前記ポンプの出口におけるバルブとを有するものにおいて、
前記流体バルブをポンプが切替に達するに伴って閉じて、前記ポンプが何らかのガスを圧縮してチェックバルブを積極的に閉じる段階と、
前記ポンプがストールしたら前記流体バルブを開く段階と、
前記バルブが閉じたらそのサイクルの部分の間の移動及びそれによる流れを無視する段階と、
を有する方法。
