Description
Claims (3)
- 미리 정해진 비율로 혼합될 적어도 제1 및 제2 성분을 갖고 혼입된 가스를 함유할 수 있는 복수 성분의 재료를 분배하기 위한 방법이며,장치는 상기 제1 및 제2 성분에 연결되는 제1 및 제2 용적형 왕복 펌프를 가지고, 상기 각각의 왕복 펌프는 상기 왕복 펌프의 출구에서의 제어가능한 밸브와 체크 밸브 및 변위 변환기를 가지며,상기 방법은,상기 변위 변환기의 레졸루션과 상기 미리 정해진 비율과 대응하는 상기 각각의 변위 변환기의 출력을 미리 정하는 단계와,상기 변위 변환기 중 하나가 미리 정해진 펌프 출력에 도달할 때까지 상기 제어가능한 밸브들이 개방된 상태에서 상기 제1 및 제2 용적형 왕복 펌프를 동시에 작동시키는 단계와,상기 미리 정해진 펌프 출력에 도달한 상기 왕복 펌프들 중 하나의 왕복 펌프와 관련된 제어가능한 밸브를 폐쇄시키고 상기 왕복 펌프들 중 나머지 하나의 왕복 펌프를 상기 미리 정해진 펌프 출력에 도달할 때까지 계속하여 작동시키는 단계와,상기 왕복 펌프들의 출력물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미리 정해진 출력에 도달한 왕복 펌프가 가스를 압축시키고 상기 체크 밸브를 폐쇄시키는 것을 허용하도록, 제어가능한 밸브와 관련된 상기 미리 정해진 출력에 도달한 상기 왕복 펌프가 체인지 오버에 도달되면 각각의상기 제어가능한 밸브를 폐쇄시키는 단계와,상기 미리 정해진 출력에 도달한 상기 왕복 펌프가 정지하면, 상기 제어가능한 밸브를 개방하는 단계와,비율을 측정하고 제어하기 위한 목적을 위하여 상기 제어가능한 밸브가 폐쇄되는 사이클의 일부분 동안 상기 변위 변환기에 의해 측정된 바와 같은 행정 및 귀속 유동을 무시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
