Abstract
Description
本発明は、緊急サービスコールセンターで受信された緊急サービスの呼び出し又は要請を、元来の緊急呼び出しとして、公衆交換電話網を介して適切な公衆安全応答地点へルーティングすることに関する。加えて、本発明は、緊急サービスコールセンターに発呼され、ある公衆安全応答地点にルーティングされる緊急呼び出しに関連する発信者情報を、公衆交換電話網にわたって提供することに関する。

Claims (55)
- 緊急サービス(emergency service)を求める要請をルーティングする方法であって、
第1の緊急サービスを求める要請に関する第1の位置情報を含む第1の情報を受信するステップ、
前記第1の位置情報によって識別される第1の位置を含む緊急サービスゾーンを決定するステップ、
第1の識別子を前記第1の緊急サービスを求める要請と関連付け、前記第1の識別子がルーティング番号を含むステップ、
第2の識別子を前記第1の緊急サービスを求める要請と関連付け、前記第2の識別子が前記第1の緊急サービスを求める要請を一意的に(ユニークに)識別するステップ、及び
前記第1の情報の少なくとも一部を記憶するステップ、
を備える方法。 - 第2の緊急サービスを求める要請に関する第2の位置情報を含む第2の情報を受信するステップ、
前記第2の位置情報によって識別される第2の位置を含む緊急サービスゾーンを決定するステップ、
