Abstract

"DIRECIONAMENTO DE CHAMADAS DE EMERGêNCIA COM BASE NA LOCALIZAçãO GEOGRáFICA DE ESCRITóRIO FINAL DE TELEFONE DE ORIGEM". A presente invenção refere-se ao envio de requisições por um serviço de emergência inicialmente manipulado por uma central de chamada de serviço de emergência para um ponto de resposta de segurança pública. A invenção, adicionalmente, permite que uma informação de melhoramento seja provida para um operador de ponto de resposta de segurança pública visualmente em conexão com chamadas direcionadas para aquele ponto de resposta de segurança pública. Esta informação pode incluir uma identificação de parte que faz a chamada e uma informação adicional, tal como uma informação referente à localização da parte que faz a chamada e à natureza da emergência.
