Abstract
【解決手段】 ハイブリッドセンサ1は、電極パターンが形成された複数枚の可撓性シート21,24を重合して構成され、荷重印加によってオンオフするスイッチからなる接触センサと、物体の接近を非接触で検出する静電容量式近接センサとを含む。電極パターンは、接触センサのスイッチを構成するスイッチ電極パターン14と、静電容量式近接センサの検知電極パターン22とを含む。検知電極パターン22は、スイッチ電極パターン14が形成されていない領域のほぼ全体を覆うように形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 電極パターンが形成された複数枚の可撓性シートを重合して構成され、荷重印加によってオンオフするスイッチからなる接触センサと、物体の接近を非接触で検出する静電容量式近接センサとを含むハイブリッドセンサにおいて、
前記電極パターンは、
前記接触センサのスイッチを構成するスイッチ電極パターンと、
前記静電容量式近接センサの検知電極パターンとを含み、
前記検知電極パターンは、前記スイッチ電極パターンが形成されていない領域のほぼ全体を覆うように形成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドセンサ。 - 前記電極パターンは、前記接触センサ及び静電容量式近接センサで共用されるグランド電極パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッドセンサ。
- 前記検知電極パターンは、前記スイッチ電極パターン及びグランド電極パターンが形成されていない領域のほぼ全体覆うように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッドセンサ。
- 前記電極パターンは、前記スイッチ電極パターン及びグランド電極パターンと前記検知電極パターンとの間に、前記スイッチ電極パターン及びグランド電極パターンを取り囲むように形成されたガード電極パターンを含み、
前記ガード電極パターンは、バッファアンプを介して前記検知電極パターンと同電位に保たれるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のハイブリッドセンサ。 - 前記スイッチ電極パターン及びグランド電極パターンが形成された領域と、前記検知電極パターンが形成された領域との間にスリットが形成され、前記2つの領域が一部を残して分離されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載のハイブリッドセンサ。 - 検知電極と、
この検知電極における静電容量を検出する静電容量検出手段と、
前記検知電極と他の回路の回路パターンとの間に、前記他の回路の回路パターンを取り囲むように形成されたガード電極パターンと
を備え、
前記ガード電極パターンには、前記検知電極に対して同電位となる電圧が印加されている
ことを特徴とする静電容量式近接センサ。
