以下の手順従って、図1に示す構造を有するコイン形リチウム一次電池を作製した。

Claims (1)
- 金属リチウムまたはリチウム合金からなる負極と、正極と、有機電解液と、前記負極と前記正極との間に介在して前記有機電解液を保持するセパレータからなる発電要素と、前記負極に接触する負極端子を兼ねる封口板と、前記正極に接触する正極端子を兼ねる正極ケースと、前記正極ケースと前記封口板の間に介在されるガスケットと、側面が前記正極の側面に嵌合されていて底面が前記正極と前記正極ケースの間に介在される断面L字状の正極リングを具備していて、前記正極ケースの開口部を内側にかしめて前記発電要素を密閉したコイン形リチウム一次電池において、前記正極リングは、厚みが0.1〜0.2mmのステンレス鋼からなり、その底面の開口径はその側面の外径に対して85%以上であることを特徴とするコイン形リチウム一次電池。
