Abstract
【解決手段】基礎Aは、基礎コンクリート1の立ち上がり1bの表面に第1塗料層となるエポキシ樹脂塗料層10を形成すると共に該エポキシ樹脂塗料層10の表面に、第2塗料層となる弾性モルタル層11を形成する。また基礎コンクリートの改善方法は、既存の基礎コンクリートの立ち上がり1bの表面にエポキシ樹脂塗料を塗布して乾燥させてエポキシ樹脂塗料層10を形成した後、該エポキシ樹脂塗料層10の表面に弾性モルタルを塗布して弾性モルタル層11を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 基礎コンクリートの表面に浸透性と防水性を有する第1塗料からなる第1塗料層を形成すると共に該第1塗料層の表面に弾力性と耐候性を有する第2塗料からなる第2塗料層を形成したことを特徴とする基礎。
- 基礎コンクリートの表面に塗布された浸透性と防水性を有する第1塗料が該基礎コンクリートの表面付近に生じている空隙に浸透されると共に固化接着され、更に、該基礎コンクリートの表面に塗布された該第1塗料の表面に弾力性と耐候性を有する第2塗料が塗布された表面構造を有することを特徴とする基礎。
- 既存の基礎コンクリートの表面を改善する改善方法であって、既存の基礎コンクリートの表面に浸透性を有する第1塗料を塗布して乾燥させた後、該第1塗料層の表面に弾力性と耐候性を有する第2塗料を塗布することを特徴とする基礎コンクリートの改善方法。
