Abstract
【解決手段】 グラビア印刷機の印刷部において水性インキが塗布されることにより印刷されたシート材が搬入される乾燥器と、上記シート材に塗布された水性インキを乾燥させるための熱風を上記乾燥器内に供給する熱風供給手段とを備えた乾燥装置において、印刷開始時点T0からシート材を冷却するとともに、見当合わせが終了して定常印刷速度にシート材の搬送速度Vを上昇させる際に、上記シート材の冷却度合を調節することによりシート材の温度を一定に維持する温度制御手段を設けた。

Claims (2)
- グラビア印刷機の印刷部において水性インキが塗布されることにより印刷されたシート材が搬入される乾燥器と、上記シート材に塗布された水性インキを乾燥させるための熱風を上記乾燥器内に供給する熱風供給手段とを備えた乾燥装置において、印刷開始時点からシート材を冷却するとともに、見当合わせが終了して定常印刷速度にシート材の搬送速度を上昇させる際に、上記シート材の冷却度合を調節することによりシート材の温度を一定に維持する温度制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする乾燥装置。
- 乾燥器内に配設されたシート材の案内ローラを冷却するとともに、その冷却度合を調節することによりシート材の温度を一定に維持するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥装置。
