内部温度計および還流コンデンサーを備えた、窒素パージされ撹拌された2lの4首フラスコ装置に最初に脱イオン水300gおよびヘキサメチレン1,6−ビスチオスルフェートの二ナトリウム塩二水和物(ベルギーのFlexsysからのDuralink(R)HTS、98%製品)99.6g(0.25モル)を充填した。酢酸ナトリウム三水和物102.1g(0.75モル)およびホルムアルデヒド水溶液(36.5%)48.0g(0.583モル)を添加した。すべての酢酸ナトリウム三水和物が溶解した後に、約22℃の温度をもつジベンジルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム水溶液(NaBEC水溶液)(15.2%)971.7g(0.5モル)を1時間にわたり、約23℃の内部反応容器温度で均一に滴下した。実施例17において、pHはNaBEC供給開始直前に8.7であり、供給終結時には12.4であった。実施例18の場合には、供給開始直前のpHは9.4であり、供給終結時には12.4であった。混合物は実施例17において更に5時間、そして実施例18においては更に22時間、約22℃で撹拌した。それぞれの場合に白色で極めて微細な固体を濾過単離し、それぞれの場合に総量4lの脱イオン水で分割して完全に洗浄した。結晶の高度な微細性のために、生成物の単離および洗浄は非常に労力を費やし、困難であった。洗浄された反応生成物を真空乾燥室内で約50℃で約150ミリバールで乾燥した。

評価:本発明の実施例1に比較して、先行技術に従うと、より低い収率、より低い有効物質含量およびより低い融点が得られることが見られる。
実施例19および20
本発明の手段の適用を伴わないこと、すなわちホルムアルデヒド、炭酸水素ナトリウムおよびトルエンの使用を伴わないことを除くと、方法は実施例1と同様であった。実施例19において、pHはNaBEC溶液の供給開始直前に約8.6であり、供給の終結時には約9.3であり、そして5時間の継続撹拌時間の終結時には約9.7であった。実施例20においてpHはNaBEC溶液の供給開始直前に約8.7であり、供給の終結時には約9.5であり、22時間の継続撹拌時間の終結時には約9.9であった。微細結晶のために実施例19および20で得られた反応生成物は洗浄が非常に困難で長時間を要した。

評価:先行技術に従うと、その洗浄が非常に困難で、非常に遅い、非常に微細な生成物が低収率で得られる。実施例20における低収率、有効物質の低含量および生成物の幅広い融点範囲は本発明の実施例1および2と直接比較すると特に明白になる。
Claims (4)
- 式(I)
R1R2N−(C=S)−S−S−(CH2)n−S−S−(C=S)−NR1R2
(I)
[式中、R1およびR2基はそれぞれ独立に水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アラルキル、フェニルもしくは置換フェニルまたはアルキルアリールであるかあるいは、特定の窒素原子と一緒になって4〜8個の炭素原子を有する複素環式環を形成し、そしてnは2〜8の整数である]
の化合物を調製する方法であって、
0℃〜90℃の反応温度で、7〜14のpH範囲で、水、カルボニル化合物および有機溶媒の存在下で、式(III)
Me2O3SS−(CH2)n−SSO3Me3 (III)
[式中、Me2およびMe3は同一であるかもしくは異なりそしてそれぞれ1価の金属イオンもしくはアンモニウムイオンであり、そしてnは式(I)中に定義されたとおりである]の塩に基づく理論値の少なくとも80%の収率まで、
式(II)
[R1R2N−(C=S)−S]zMe1 (II)
[式中、R1およびR2基がそれぞれ式(I)に定義されたとおりであり、そしてMe1がアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウムイオンである時はz=1であり、そしてMe1がアルカリ土類金属イオンである時はz=2である]
の化合物が式(III)の化合物と反応され、
そこで式(II)の化合物が、使用される式(III)の化合物のモルに基づき180〜250モル%の量で、カルボニル化合物が、使用される式(III)の化合物のモルに基づき5〜600モル%の量で、そして有機溶媒が、式(I)の化合物の理論的期待量の100重量部に基づき2〜100 000重量部の量で使用されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 有機溶媒が式(I)の化合物の理論的期待量の100重量部に基づき2〜100重量部の量で使用され、0℃〜60℃の範囲の反応温度が用いられ、そこで反応終結時に有機溶媒中に溶解された式(I)の化合物の量が固液分離により単離可能な式(I)の化合物の100重量部に基づき最大15重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 有機溶媒が式(I)の化合物の理論的期待量100重量部に基づき105〜100 000重量部の量で使用され、そして0℃〜90℃の範囲の反応温度が用いられ、そこで式(I)の化合物が反応終結時に有機溶媒中に完全に溶解されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 生成された反応溶液が支持体(support)と接触され、次に有機溶媒が蒸発されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
