Abstract
【解決手段】 筒部28と、その筒部28の一端側に設けられた底部30とを備えたプレス製の自動変速機用のピストン26において、筒部28の一部を径方向外側に切り起こすことによって、ケース12に設けられた突起部56と係合する爪片52を形成する。このように、筒部28の一部を切り起こすことにより回り止め構造としての爪片52を形成すれば、爪片52のためにピストン26の粗材サイズを大きくする必要がなくなるので、回り止め構造を備えていても、低コストにてピストン26を製造することができる。

Claims (1)
- 筒部と、該筒部の一端側に設けられた底部とを備えたプレス製の自動変速機用ピストンであって、
該筒部の一部が径方向に切り起こされることによって形成され、所定の非回転部材と係合する爪片を備えていることを特徴とする自動変速機用ピストン。
