Abstract
部品点数を少なくすると共に、全体形状の小型化を図る。
【解決手段】
環状のシリンダ室(50)を有するシリンダ(21)を備えている。シリンダ(21)に対して偏心してシリンダ室(50)に収納され、シリンダ室(50)を外側の作動室(51)と内側の作動室(52)とに区画する環状のピストン(22)を備えている。シリンダ室(50)に配置され、各作動室(51,52)を高圧側と低圧側とに区画するブレード(23)を備えている。シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)とは相対的に回転する。外側の作動室(51)は、シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)との相対回転に伴って吸入流体を圧縮して吐出する圧縮室に構成されている。一方、内側の作動室(52)は、シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)との相対回転に伴って吸入流体を膨張させて吐出する膨張室に構成されている。

Description
本実施形態は、図1〜図3に示すように、本発明を膨張機付き圧縮機である膨張圧縮ユニット(1)に適用したものである。該膨張圧縮ユニット(1)は冷媒回路(100)に設けられている。
次に、この膨張圧縮ユニット(1)の運転動作について説明する。
以上のように、本実施形態によれば、圧縮室(51)と膨張室(52)とがピストン(22)の外側と内側とに形成されるので、装置全体の小型化を図ることができる。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 環状のシリンダ室(50)を有するシリンダ(21)と、該シリンダ(21)に対して偏心してシリンダ室(50)に収納され、シリンダ室(50)を外側の作動室(51)と内側の作動室(52)とに区画する環状のピストン(22)と、上記シリンダ室(50)に配置され、各作動室(51,52)を高圧側と低圧側とに区画するブレード(23)とを有し、上記シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)とが相対的に回転する回転機構(20)を備え、
上記2つの作動室(51,52)の一方は、シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)との相対回転に伴って吸入流体を圧縮して吐出する圧縮室に構成される一方、
上記2つの作動室(52,51)の他方は、シリンダ(21)とピストン(22)との相対回転に伴って吸入流体を膨張させて吐出する膨張室に構成されている
ことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。 - 請求項1において、
上記シリンダ(21)に対するピストン(22)の1回転中の所定範囲で膨張室(52)における流体の膨張行程が生ずるように上記ピストン(22)の所定の回転角範囲で膨張室(52)に流体を吸入させる吸入機構(60)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。 - 請求項1において、
上記圧縮室(51)はシリンダ室(50)の外側の作動室であり、
上記膨張室(52)はシリンダ室(50)の内側の作動室である
ことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。 - 請求項1において、
上記回転機構(20)を駆動する駆動機構(30)を備える一方、
上記駆動機構(30)は、回転速度が可変に制御される
ことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。 - 請求項1において、
上記ピストン(22)は、円環の一部分が分断された分断部を有するC型形状に形成され、
上記ブレード(23)は、シリンダ室(50)の内周側の壁面から外周側の壁面まで延び、ピストン(22)の分断部を挿通して設けられる一方、
上記ピストン(22)の分断部には、ピストン(22)とブレード(23)とに面接触する揺動ブッシュ(27)がブレード(23)の進退が自在で、且つブレード(23)のピストン(22)との相対的揺動が自在に設けられている
ことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。
