Abstract
【課題】
本発明は、エンジンの再始動に適した電池を備えたエンジンの駆動システムを提供こと。
【解決手段】
車両走行停止時にエンジン4を停止し、車両走行開始時にエンジンを再起動するエンジン駆動システムにおいて,エンジン4を制御するエンジン電子制御装置10と、エンジン4を再始動させるためのモータ5と、モータ5に電力を供給する電池8とを備え、電池8は、薄板帯状に形成した正極板21と、薄板帯状に形成した負極板20と、正極板21と負極板20との間に設けられた帯状のセパレータ22とを備え、正極板21と負極板20とセパレータ22は捲回された極板群を形成し、極板群は電解液に浸漬されて構成したものである。

Claims (14)
- 車両走行停止時にエンジンを停止し、車両走行開始時にエンジンを再起動するエンジン駆動システムにおいて,
前記エンジンを制御するエンジン電子制御装置と、前記エンジンを再始動させるためのモータと、前記モータに電力を供給する電池とを備え、
前記電池は、薄板帯状に形成した正極板と、薄板帯状に形成した負極板と、前記正極板と前記負極板との間に設けられた帯状のセパレータとを備え、
前期正極板と前記負極板と前記セパレータは捲回された極板群を形成し、前記極板群は電解液に浸漬されていることを特徴とするエンジン駆動システム。 - 前記電池は、渦巻き円筒状に形成された捲回式電池である請求項1に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記電池は、少なくとも400Aの電流を出力しても10V以上の電圧を出力する機能を持ったものである請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記正極板は、Pb−Sn合金の圧延シートによって構成される集電体の表裏両面に正極活物質ペーストを塗布して化成処理して形成したものである請求項1、2又は3に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記正極板の面積は、9000〜162000cm2である請求項1、2、3又は4に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記集電体を構成するPb−Sn合金におけるSnの含有量は、1.3重量%以上、2.3重量%以下である請求項4に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記セパレータの厚さは、0.01〜0.6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 車両走行停止時にエンジンを停止し、車両走行開始時にエンジンを再起動するエンジン駆動システムにおいて,
前記エンジンを制御するエンジン電子制御装置と、前記エンジンを始動させるためのモータと、前記モータに電力を供給する電池とを備え、
前記電池は直列に接続された複数個の単電池で構成され、
各単電池は、薄板帯状に形成した正極板と、薄板帯状に形成した負極板と、前記正極板と前記負極板との間に帯状に形成されたセパレータを備え、
前記正極板と前記負極板と前記セパレータとを捲回して極板群を形成し、捲回した前記極板群を電解液に浸漬されていることを特徴とするエンジン駆動システム。 - 前記単電池は、渦巻き円筒状に形成したものである請求項8に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記電池は、少なくとも400Aの電流を出力しても10V以上の電圧を出力する機能を持ったものである請求項8又は9に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記単電池の正極板は、Pb−Sn合金の圧延シートによって構成される集電体の表裏両面に正極活物質ペーストを塗布して化成処理して形成したものである請求項8、9又は10に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記単電池の正極板の面積は、1500〜27000cm2であり、かつ、前記鉛蓄電池の最大外形寸法を直方体として見積もった場合の単位体積当りの面積が1700〜30000cm2/dm3である請求項8、9、10又は11に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記集電体を構成するのPb−Sn合金におけるSnの含有量は、1.3重量%以上、2.3重量%以下である請求項11に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
- 前記単電池のセパレータの厚さは、0.01〜0.6mmであることを特徴とする請求項8、9、10、11、12又は13に記載のエンジン駆動システム。
