Abstract
【課題】 スプールを手動で切換操作するためのマニュアル釦を備えた電磁弁において、上記マニュアル釦の誤操作や誤作動等を簡単な安全機構の付設によって確実に防止できるようにする。
【解決手段】 流路切換用のスプール6を内蔵する主弁部3と、上記スプール6を駆動するための電磁操作部4とを有し、上記主弁部3が、上記スプール6を手動で切換操作可能なマニュアル釦18A,18Bと、可動に設置された安全部材41とを有し、この安全部材41が、上記マニュアル釦18A,18Bに係止して該マニュアル釦を操作不能状態にロックするロック位置と、上記マニュアル釦18A,18Bから離脱してロックを解除する解放位置とに移動操作可能である。

Description
ところが、上記マニュアル釦は、ハウジングの外面に露出しているため、作業者が間違って操作したり、工具などが不意に接触することによって誤作動するといったような危険性に常にさらされている。このため、上述した誤操作や誤作動等を防止するため、何らかの安全対策を施すことが要求されている。
上記ロック溝18cは、マニュアル釦18A,18Bの全周にわたり形成しても、周の一部だけに形成しても良い。
なお、このようなパイロット弁7A,7Bの構成そのものは既に公知であって、本発明の要旨とも直接関係がないので、それらの構成についてのこれ以上の詳細な説明は省略する。
なお、上記各電磁弁1と各ブロック64,65,67とは、それらの列の両端に位置するエンドブロック67とコネクタブロック65とを上記レール45に固定することで、該レール45に取り付けられている。
即ち、上記各マニュアル釦18A,18Bには、ロック溝18cで取り囲まれた軸部分に、ほぼ90度の中心角を有する略V字形の切り欠き70が、上記ロック溝18cの上下の溝幅全体に亘って形成されると共に、この切り欠き70の上端の該切り欠き70と隣接する位置に、ほぼ90度の中心角を有する略V字形の係止孔70aが、上記切り欠き70と連なるように形成されている。この係止孔70aの上下方向の孔幅は、上記切り欠き70の孔幅より小さく、その約半分以下程度である。
なお、この第2実施例の電磁弁1Bの上記以外の構成及び作用は、第1実施例の電磁弁1Aと実質的に同じであるから、それらの主要な同一構成部分に第1実施例と同じ符号を付してその説明は省略する。
また、安全部材41のロック壁41bは、図16及び図17に示すように、先端の中央位置に1つの突壁部41gを有し、この突壁部41gの先端部両側に各マニュアル釦18A,18Bのロック溝18cに係合する凹部41c,41cが形成されている。
この第3実施例における上記以外の構成及び作用は、上記第2実施例と実質的に同じである。
上記マニュアル釦18Aは、上記第1実施例における各マニュアル釦18A,18Bと同様に非自己保持式のもので、図18の非操作状態から、安全部材41を図21及び図22の解放位置まで後退させてロック壁41bをロック溝18cから離脱させた状態にしたあと、頭部18aが位置決め板19に係止する位置まで押し下げ操作することにより、上記第1パイロット圧力室35aを供給用のエア開口11に直接連通させてスプール6を上記第2切換位置に移動させることができる。また、その押圧を解除すると、復帰ばね18eのばね力で図18の非操作位置まで自動的に復帰する。そして、このマニュアル釦18Aが非操作位置にあるとき、上記安全部材41を図18〜図20に示すロック位置まで前進させることにより、ロック壁41bがロック溝18cに係合して上記マニュアル釦18Aがこの非操作位置にロックされることになる。
また、上記各実施例では5ポート式の電磁弁が示されているが、本発明を適用できる電磁弁はこのような5ポート式に限るものではなく、それ以外の、例えば3ポート式であっても良い。

Claims (5)
- 流路切換用のスプールを内蔵する主弁部と、上記スプールを駆動するための電磁操作部とを有し、
上記主弁部が、上記スプールを手動で切換操作可能なマニュアル釦と、可動に設置された安全部材とを有し、この安全部材が、上記マニュアル釦に係止して該マニュアル釦を操作不能状態にロックするロック位置と、上記マニュアル釦から離脱してロックを解除する解放位置とに移動操作可能である、
ことを特徴とするマニュアル釦付き電磁弁。 - 上記マニュアル釦が、短柱状をした部材からなっていて、上記主弁部のハウジングの上面に、該主弁部の軸線と直交する方向に押圧操作可能なるように設置され、その一部にロック溝を有しており、また、上記安全部材は、上記ハウジングの上面に主弁部の軸線方向に移動自在なるように設置されていて、操作用のヘッドと、該ヘッドから上記マニュアル釦の方に延出して上記ロック溝に係脱するロック壁とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記安全部材におけるロック壁の先端には凹部が形成されていて、該安全部材がロック位置にあるときこの凹部が、上記マニュアル釦に、上記ロック溝の位置で嵌合、係止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記ハウジングの上面に軸線方向に延びるレール状のガイドが形成され、このガイドに沿って移動自在なるように上記安全部材が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記マニュアル釦が、操作位置に係止可能な自己保持型のマニュアル釦であって、このマニュアル釦が操作位置に自己保持しているときには上記安全部材のロック位置への移動が規制されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の電磁弁。
