Abstract
【解決手段】内輪1、外輪2および各ころ3の表面に、炭素含有量が0.80質量%以上で、残留オーステナイト量が25〜35体積%の浸炭窒化層を形成し、さらに、内外輪1、2の軌道面1a、2aところ3の転動面3aとに、表面粗さがRa0.5〜1.0μmの燐酸マンガン塩皮膜を形成することにより、防錆効果を有する燐酸マンガン塩皮膜の密着強度を十分に確保して、内外輪1、2の軌道面1a、2aやころ3の転動面3aの腐食摩耗を防止するとともに、応力集中による表面剥離等の損傷の発生も防止できるようにした。

・潤滑油 :タービン油VG68を強制循環給油
また、腐食環境下転動疲命試験における予備転動試験は100時間とし、腐食性液体としては0.1%食塩水を用いた。各円筒ころは、この食塩水に40℃で3時間浸漬した後に、本番の転動疲労試験に供するようにした。

Claims (4)
- 内外輪の軌道面間に複数の転動体を保持器に保持し、これらの内外輪および転動体の表面に、炭素含有量が0.80質量%以上で、残留オーステナイト量が25〜35体積%の浸炭窒化層を形成し、その表面硬さをロックウェル硬さHRC58以上として、前記内外輪の軌道面と転動体の転動面とに燐酸塩皮膜を形成した転がり軸受において、前記燐酸塩皮膜の表面粗さを、Raで0.5〜1.0μmとしたことを特徴とする転がり軸受。
- 前記燐酸塩皮膜を燐酸マンガン塩皮膜とした請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記保持器を鋼製のものとし、その表面に燐酸塩皮膜を形成した請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受が自動調心ころ軸受である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
