Abstract
【解決手段】金属箔と被測定部材との間に両者とは異なる金属層、たとえば、厚さ0.04〜0.1mmのニッケル層を介在させて厚さ0.1〜0.5mmの白金箔を溶接することにより、白金箔と被測定部材との溶接密着性を向上させて変形による剥離を抑止し、高温使用時の被測定部材の変形の測定精度を改善したひずみ計測方法。

Claims (3)
- 金属箔を被測定材表面に溶接し、被測定材の微少変形を該金属箔の変形から光学的に検出する方法であって、箔には耐酸化性のすぐれた金属を用い、金属箔と被測定材との間に両者とは異なる金属層を介在させて溶接し、高温使用時の被測定材の変形をその金属箔表面の変形により検出することを特徴とするひずみ計測方法。
- 金属箔として白金箔を用い、被測定材と白金箔との間にニッケルの層を介在させて溶接したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高温使用時の変形を検出するひずみ計測方法。
- 金属箔に厚さ0.1〜0.5mmの白金箔を用い、被測定材と白金箔との間に厚さ0.04〜0.1mmのニッケルの層を介在させて白金箔を溶接したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の高温使用時の変形を検出するひずみ計測方法。
