Abstract

- 第1の媒体(22)と連通している第1の構造体(16)と、第2の媒体(30)と連通している第2の構造体(18)との間に挿入するよう適合された第1のシール機構(24)と、
前記第2の媒体(30)によって前記第1のシール機構(24)及び第2の構造体(18)に接して加圧付勢可能な第2のシール機構(26)と
を備えるシール(20)。 - 前記第1の構造体(16)が内側シュラウドであり、前記第2の構造体(18)が外側シュラウドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第1の媒体(22)が高温ガスであり、前記第2の媒体(30)が前記高温ガスよりも比較的低温のパージガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第1のシール機構(24)がセラミック材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第1のシール機構(24)がロープシール構造体(38)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第1のシール機構(24)がブロックシール構造体(50)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第1のシール機構(24)が複数のシール部材(66、68)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第2のシール機構(26)がC字形構造体(36)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
- 前記第2のシール機構(26)がU字形構造体(44)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール(20)。
