Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造は、燃料電池スタックの単一セルの組み立て時、複合ガスケットを採用して、純粋なゴムからは得られない剛性の確保のために、支持体となる一面にはシール性を付与し、他の面には接着性を付与して分離板に接着することにより、装着性を改善すると共に、2列ビードの断面形状によりシール性を向上することができ、且つ、低硬度ゴム材質の使用と嵩の減少により締結圧力を減少させて、燃料電池の性能向上に寄与できる効果的なシール構造を有す。

Description
ガスケットを薄肉化し、締め付け圧力も低減する方法として、一方のセパレータ(分離板)にビード(突起)を設け、このビードを、組み立てる相手のセパレータのガスケットに押し付ける技術が開示されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。しかし、この方法は、セパレータを2種類用意しなければならず、製造工程管理が複雑になるという問題がある。

Claims (9)
- M.E.A11の両面に分離板10が位置して、その間にガスケット12がそれぞれ配置され、共に組み立てられる構造からなる燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造において、
前記ガスケット12には、ゴム材質の2列ビード14が備えられ、組み立て時、2列ビード14がM.E.A11を挟んで上下から圧着され、M.E.A11の断面全体の周縁を完全に包むような構造からなることを特徴とする、複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。 - 前記ガスケット12は、剛性保持のための支持体15とその上に付着されるゴム材質の2列ビード14とから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記ガスケット12は、分離板10側との組み立て時、分離板10の有するグルーブ13内に支持体15のみが嵌め込まれる構造で組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記ガスケット12の2列ビード14は、圧縮される変形量が受容できるビード間の空間部16を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記2列ビード14の両側外郭は、組み立て前(変形前)、支持体15の外郭と一致するような構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記2列ビード14の両側外郭は、組み立て後(変形後)、分離板10の外郭と一致するような構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記ガスケット12の支持体15は、プラスチックフィルム、織物及び金属の中から選ばれるいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記ガスケット12の支持体15には、離型紙17を有する接着剤18が加工処理されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
- 前記ガスケット12は、分離板10に接着して一体型に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合ガスケットを含む燃料電池スタック用単一セル構造。
