Abstract

Claims (30)
- 履物用品の性能特性をその使用中に修正するための方法において、前記方法が、
前記履物用品の靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたセンサからのセンサ信号を測定するステップ、
前記靴底が圧縮されているか否かを判断するステップ、
前記靴底が圧縮されていると判断すると、前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断するステップ、及び
前記靴底の調節が必要であると判断すると、前記靴底を調節するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記履物用品のユーザから前記靴底の調節に関するユーザ入力を受け取るステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザ入力の受取りを受けて前記靴底の対する堅さ設定を調節するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品上に配置された少なくとも1つの電場発光素子を点灯することによって前記靴底に対する前記堅さ設定を表示するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザ入力の受取りを受けて少なくとも1つの閾圧縮量を計算するステップをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの閾圧縮量が前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かの判断に用いられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閾圧縮量が下限閾圧縮量及び上限閾圧縮量を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を測定する前記ステップが前記信号を複数回サンプリングするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を測定する前記ステップが前記センサ信号の前記複数のサンプリング値の部分集合を平均することによって前記センサ信号に対する平均値を計算するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号の複数の測定値を得るために前記センサ信号を測定する前記ステップを少なくとも1回反復するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底が圧縮されているか否かを判断する前記ステップが先に得られた複数の前記センサ信号測定値の平均値と前記センサ信号の最新に得られた測定値の間の差を計算するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底が圧縮されているか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記センサ信号の新たな測定値が得られる毎に前記差を計算するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底が圧縮されているか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記計算された差のあらかじめ定められた数があらかじめ定められた定数より大きいか否かを判断するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を測定する前記ステップが前記靴底の圧縮量を測定するステップを含み、前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断する前記ステップが前記靴底の測定された最大圧縮量を判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記履物用品が用いられている表面の状態に変化があるか否かを判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態に変化があるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、第1のパラメータには時間の経過にともなう変化があるが第2のパラメータには実質的に時間の経過にともなう変化はないか否かを判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態に変化があるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記靴底の絶対圧縮量には時間の経過にともなう変化があるが前記靴底の前記圧縮量の偏差には実質的に時間の経過にともなう変化はないか否かを判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態に変化があるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記靴底の前記圧縮量の偏差には時間の経過にともなう変化があるが前記靴底の絶対圧縮量には実質的に時間の経過にともなう変化はないか否かを判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態が、堅い地表面から柔らかい地表面に変化したために判断されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態が、柔らかい地表面から堅い地表面に変化したために判断されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記履物用品が用いられている前記表面の状態に変化があるか否かの前記判断が、前記履物用品の着用者が歩を複数回重ねた後になされることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記靴底の前記圧縮量が下限閾圧縮量より小さいと判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底を調節する前記ステップが前記靴底を柔らかくするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断する前記ステップが、前記靴底の前記圧縮量が上限閾圧縮量より大きいと判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底を調節する前記ステップが前記靴底を堅くするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底の前記調節が、前記履物用品の着用者が歩を複数回重ねた後になされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底を調節する前記ステップが前記靴底内に配置されたモーターを作動させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記靴底内に配置された前記モーターの状態を判断するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記モーター状態を判断する前記ステップが電池電圧をサンプリングするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の方法。
- 履物用品の性能特性をその使用中に修正するためのコントローラにおいて、前記コントローラが、
前記履物用品の靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたセンサからの出力を表す第1の信号を受け取るように構成された受信器、
前記靴底が圧縮されているか否かを判断するように及び前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断するように構成された判断モジュール、及び
前記靴底を調節するための第2の信号を送るように構成された送信器、
を備えることを特徴とするコントローラ。 - 靴底に結合された甲革及び前記靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたコントローラを備える履物用品において、前記コントローラが、
前記靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたセンサからの出力を表す第1の信号を受け取るための手段、
前記靴底が圧縮されているか否か判断するため及び前記靴底の調節が必要であるか否かを判断するための手段、及び
前記靴底を調節するための第2の信号を送るための手段、
を備えることを特徴とする履物用品。
