Abstract

Claims (20)
- 1つのハードドライブプラッタであって、
ガラス金属を含む1つの基板と、
前記基板上に配置された少なくとも1つの磁気層と
を備える、ハードドライブプラッタ。 - 前記ガラス金属が、少なくとも12%だけ原子サイズの異なる3つ以上の元素を有する1つの合金を含む、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記ガラス金属がジルコニウム、チタニウム、ニッケル、銅及び/またはベリリウムの少なくとも3つを含む、請求項2に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記ガラス金属がジルコニウム、チタニウム、ニッケル、銅及びベリリウムを含む、請求項2に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記基板が射出成形されている、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記ガラス金属がほぼ非晶質である、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記ガラス金属が約80%の非晶質に等しいか、あるいはそれより多く、かつ、約20%の結晶質に等しいか、あるいはそれより少ない、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタを備える、1つの垂直記録システム。
- 請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタを備える、1つのハードディスクドライブ。
- 請求項9に記載のハードディスクドライブを備える、1つのコンピュータ。
- 請求項9に記載のハードディスクドライブを備える、1つのデジタルカメラ。
- 請求項9に記載のハードディスクドライブを備える、1つの携帯型メディアプレーヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁気層が前記ガラス金属の基板上にコーティングされている、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記基板と前記少なくとも1つの磁気層との間に配置された1つの第1層を更に備える、請求項1に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記第1層がアルミニウムを含む、請求項14に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記第1層が1つの絶縁層を含む、請求項14に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記絶縁層がガラスを含む、請求項16に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記絶縁層が窒化ケイ素を含む、請求項16に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記絶縁層が前記ガラス金属の基板上に堆積されている、請求項16に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
- 前記絶縁層が、化学蒸着法を用いて前記ガラス金属の基板上に堆積されている、請求項16に記載のハードドライブプラッタ。
