Abstract
【解決手段】液面レベルを非接触で測定し、測定値をデジタルパルスで出力する非接触式センサ41を設け、センサ出力変換回路42により、非接触式センサ41が出力するデジタルパルスを、このデジタルパルスのデューティ比に対応するアナログ電圧として既存の中央演算処理装置14へ入力させる。

Description
図10は従来の非接触式デジタルパルス出力型の液面レベル測定システムを示すブロック図である。この液面レベル測定システムは、非接触式センサ20に測定器本体21をコード等で接続したものからなる。測定器本体21は、入力回路22と、CPU23と、液面レベルゲージ24とを備えている。
この非接触式センサ20は、液面レベルの変化を磁気的な変化として検出し、この検出信号をデジタル(PWM)処理して出力する。
図1は、本発明の液面レベル測定システムを示すブロック図である。この液面レベル測定システムは、非接触式センサ41と、センサ出力変換回路42と、図6に示した既存の測定器本体12とから構成される。なお、既存の測定器本体12はその一部が利用され、具体的には、鎖線で示す入力回路13を除いて、CPU14と液面レベルゲージ15が利用される。

Claims (4)
- アナログ電圧で入力される液面レベルの測定値データを入力として、中央演算処理装置が液面レベルゲージの動作を制御する液面レベル測定システムであって、
液面レベルを非接触で測定し、測定値をデジタルパルスで出力する非接触式センサと、
該非接触式センサが出力するデジタルパルスを、このデジタルパルスのデューティ比に対応するアナログ電圧として前記中央演算処理装置へ入力するセンサ出力変換回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする液面レベル測定システム。 - 前記センサ出力変換回路が、前記デジタルパルスのデューティ比に比例した前記アナログ電圧を出力するローパスフィルタおよびアンプを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液面レベル測定システム。
- 前記非接触式センサが、前記アナログ電圧に合ったデジタルパルスのデューティ比データを書き込んだメモリを内蔵することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液面レベル測定システム。
- 前記メモリが、デジタルパルスのデューティ比の書き換えが可能なメモリ素子であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液面レベル測定システム。
