Abstract
【解決手段】 ろう付け加熱室を背とし、その前後の室を下方に伸びる裾状とし、これらの室内の雰囲気をそれぞれ不活性ガスとし、この加熱室をグラファイトマッフルで構成し、比較的に低温なろう付け時にはグラファイトマッフル内の雰囲気に相当量の水素を添加し、比較的に高温なろう付けの時には該雰囲気に水素を全く添加しないか又は僅かに添加するに留めることを特徴とする。

Description
炉1中をメッシュベルト2が循環して、金属製品を炉内へ順次かつ連続して移送する。符号8は炉の運転操作パネルである。
上記した連続式加熱炉を用いて、下記の実施例1〜3の通りに、この発明の方法を実施した。
加熱室3内の雰囲気:窒素+水素60容量%ガス
室4,5,6,7内の雰囲気:窒素
加熱室3内でのろう付け加熱温度:740℃
水素をその爆発限界の4容量%以上で、この実施例1では使用したが、背をなす加熱室3内の雰囲気水素ガス(ガス比重0.069:空気1)は、この背より裾状に下方に延びる室4,5,6,7内の窒素ガス(ガス比重0.977)によって加熱室内に抑止されて、炉の入口と出口の周辺の大気から完全に断絶され、爆発の危険性は終始除去された。

加熱室3内でのろう付け加熱温度:920℃
加熱室内の雰囲気:アルゴンガス
室4,5,6,7内の雰囲気:室温以下の窒素
加熱室3内のろう付け加熱温度:1200℃
この実施例の高温下でのろう付けにおいても、ステンレス製品は美麗に光輝ろう付けされた。この実施例においても、加熱室内の雰囲気がステンレスに対して還元性であることは、図3の平衡図より明らかな通りである。

Claims (5)
- ろう付け加熱室を背とし、この加熱室の入口と出口にそれぞれ連ながって上記の背より裾状に下方に延びる前方向と後方向の室を有する連続加熱炉の該ろう付け加熱室のマッフルをグラファイト製とし、このグラファイト製マッフル内の雰囲気を0〜99容量%の水素を含む不活性ガスとし、コンベヤーにて連続して搬送されてくるステンレス鋼部分を含む被ろう付け製品をこの雰囲気下で所定のろう付け温度に加熱し、且つ上記した前方向と後方向の室内の雰囲気を不活性ガスとすることを特徴とするステンレス鋼部分を含む製品の加熱ろう付け方法。
- 所定のろう付け温度が800℃以下であって、加熱室のグラファイト製マッフル内の不活性ガス雰囲気に4容量%以上の水素を含める請求項1記載のステンレス鋼部分を含む製品の加熱ろう付け方法。
- 所定のろう付け温度が800℃以上であって、加熱室のグラファイト製マッフル内の不活性ガス雰囲気に4以下〜0容量%の水素を含める請求項1記載のステンレス鋼部分を含む製品の加熱ろう付け方法。
- 加熱室のグラファイト製マッフル内の不活性ガス雰囲気が窒素またはアルゴンであって、前方向と後方向の室内の不活性ガスが窒素である請求項3記載のステンレス鋼部分を含む製品の加熱ろう付け方法。
- 前方向と後方向の室内の窒素が室温以下に保たれる請求項4記載のステンレス鋼部分を含む製品の加熱ろう付け方法。
