Abstract
【解決手段】 内部に血液検体が収容され、上端開口がゴムまたは合成樹脂材料からなる栓体12によって閉塞された検体容器としての試験管11の前記栓体12に、分注用孔32を穿孔する分注用穿孔装置であって、試験管11をその栓体12を上部にして垂直状態に保持しながら搬送する搬送路としてのガイドレール15と、ガイドレールの途中の穿孔ポジションBに設けられた昇降機構23と、昇降機構によって支持され、試験管11が穿孔ポジションに到達したとき、下降して試験管の栓体に、その上面から該栓体を貫通する直前まで穿刺して分注用孔を穿孔する超音波カッター27とを具備したことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 内部に血液検体が収容され、上端開口がゴムまたは合成樹脂材料からなる栓体によって閉塞された検体容器の前記栓体に、分注用孔を穿孔する分注用穿孔装置であって、
前記検体容器をその栓体を上部にして垂直状態に保持しながら搬送する搬送路と、
前記搬送路の途中の穿孔ポジションに設けられた昇降機構と、
前記昇降機構によって支持され、前記検体容器が前記穿孔ポジションに到達したとき、下降して前記検体容器の栓体に、その上面から該栓体を貫通する直前まで穿刺して分注用孔を穿孔する超音波カッターと、
を具備したことを特徴とする分注用穿孔装置。 - 請求項1において、さらに前記穿孔ポジションに、前記検体容器の栓体の高さ位置を検知するセンサを設け、このセンサからの検知信号によって前記超音波カッターの下降量を設定するコントローラを設けたことを特徴とする分注用穿孔装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記超音波カッターは、その尖端部の横断面が十字状であることを特徴とする分注用穿孔装置。
