Abstract
【解決手段】微小調量装置、とくに微小調量装置であって、液体量を少なくとも一時的に受容するための調量空間とこの調量空間に付設された少なくとも1つの吐出し口と振動ユニットとを有する。この振動ユニットが調量空間の少なくとも1境界面と作用結合されて吐出し過程用にこの境界面を振動させる。本発明によれば、調量空間に少なくとも2つの相互に離間した流入通路が設けられている。液体調量のために利用できる。

Claims (10)
- 液体量を少なくとも一時的に受容するための調量空間(19)とこの調量空間に付設された少なくとも1つの吐出し口(8)と振動ユニット(5)とを有し、この振動ユニットが調量空間(19)の少なくとも1境界面(2、3、4)と作用結合されて吐出し過程用にこの境界面を振動させる微小調量装置(1)であって、調量空間(19)に少なくとも2つの相互に離間した流入通路(6、7)が設けられていることを特徴とする微小調量装置。
- 少なくとも1つの予備室(11)が少なくとも1つの流入通路(6、7)を介して調量空間(19)と連通結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の微小調量装置。
- 予備室(11)が調量空間(19)から離れた方の末端領域に補償穴(13)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の微小調量装置。
- 予備室(11)の補償穴(13)が、特に疎水性膜フィルタとして実施される気体フィルタ(14)で閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の微小調量装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流入通路(6、7)が媒体伝導体(18)と結合されており、媒体伝導体(18)と予備室(11)との間に少なくとも1つの連絡毛管(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の微小調量装置。
- 連絡毛管(17)と予備室(11)と気体フィルタ(14)とによって形成される媒体分岐が、少なくとも1つの吐出し口(8)よりも小さな流れ抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の微小調量装置。
- 流量および/または液位を求めるための測定機構(12)が予備室(11)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の微小調量装置。
- 予備室(8)が少なくとも断続的に媒体伝導体(18)と一緒に1部材内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の微小調量装置。
- 媒体伝導体(18)を通して予備室(11)および調量空間(19)内に液体を移送するための充填機構(16)が部材内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の微小調量装置。
- 流入通路(6、7)が異なる流れ抵抗を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の微小調量装置。
