Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、風力装置の塔の頭部を受けとめるのに適した連結部を受けとめるためのフランジを含んでいる、風力装置の塔の頭部を支えるための風力装置の塔に関するものである。風力装置の塔の頭部を受けとめるのに適した連結部を受けとめるためのフランジを含んでいる、風力装置の塔の頭部を支えるための風力装置の塔において、フランジから好ましく1.0mと7.0mとの間の間隔を隔てたとことで、塔内部に仕切壁又はリング状の隔壁が設けられ、仕切壁又はリング状の隔壁が、実質的に、塔内部の塔壁に接続され、該塔を通り抜けるディスクを形成していることを特徴とする。

Description
回転取付具は、塔の頭部が、塔に対して相対的に回転するのを可能にする。このようにして、塔の頭部に固定された風力装置のロータが風に対して最適な方向に向くことが可能となる。
本発明の有利な設計仕様は、仕切壁又はリング状隔壁の中心に開口部を設けることによって実現される。
本発明のさらに有利な形態によれば、仕切壁又はリング状隔壁は、フランジから1.5mと3.0mとの間の間隔、好ましくは2.0mの間隔を隔てて配置される。
図1に示す縦断面図は、管状の塔と、フランジと、ボール型の回転連結部材と、機械支持部とを備えた従来技術にかかる塔の一部を示している。管状の塔は、円形の横断面をもつものである。ボール型の回転連結部材を受けとめるフランジは、塔の上端部に図示されている。フランジは、塔の端部に溶接された環状のディスクであり、その中心点は管状の塔の縦軸の上に存在する。ディスク形のフランジは、塔壁を超えて突出している。フランジの頂上側は、その上にボール型の回転連結部材が存在し、かつその上にボール型の回転連結部材が固定された平坦な支持面を有している。機械支持部は、塔の縦軸のまわりに回転できるようにして、ボール型の回転連結部材に取り付けられている。
Claims (5)
- 塔頭部を有する風力装置において、
塔内部と、該風力装置の塔頭部を受けとめるのに適した連結部材を受けとめるためのフランジとを含んでいる、塔頭部を支持する塔と、
フランジから1.0mと7.0mとの間の間隔を隔てたところで塔内部に配置され、実質的に、塔内部の内壁に接続されたディスクを形成しているリング状隔壁とが設けられていることを特徴とする風力装置。 - 連結部材が回転式取付具であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風力装置。
- リング状隔壁の中心に開口部が存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の風力装置。
- リング状隔壁が、フランジから1.5mと3.0mとの間の間隔、又は2.0mの間隔を隔てたところに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の風力装置。
- それぞれ、実質的に、塔内部の内壁に接続されて該塔を通り抜けるディスクを形成しているさらなるリング状隔壁が塔内部に存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の風力装置。
