Abstract
【解決手段】炭化水素とアンモニアと酸素を含む原料ガスを反応器に供給し、この反応器内での気相酸化反応による生成ガス中のアクリロニトリル成分を回収するアクリロニトリルの製造方法において、前記反応器の下流側に生成ガス試料の採集路5でガス洗浄器6による生成ガスを水蒸気と混合する工程を設けて前記生成ガス試料を水に接触通過させ、その後に水溶成分を分離すると共に、ガス冷却器8などで分取した生成ガス試料中の水蒸気を凝縮するか、もしくは乾燥器9で乾燥剤と接触させるか、または両工程による除湿処理を行い、次いで酸素濃度計10で生成ガス試料の酸素濃度を計測し、この酸素濃度に基づいて前記生成ガス中のアクリロニトリル成分量が増加するように前記原料ガス組成を調整するアクリロニトリルの製造方法とする。

なお、図中の符号13は脱青酸塔、14は乾燥塔、15は精製塔を示す。
を設置した採集路5に設置した乾燥器9内のシリカゲルを週に1度の頻度で交換したこと以外はメンテナンスの必要はなく、酸素濃度計10が目詰まりを起こすような問題もなく安定して正確に酸素濃度の測定を継続して行うことができた。これにより、反応器に供給する原料ガス中の酸素濃度を最適な濃度に正確に制御することができ、アクリロニトリルの生産効率を可及的に高く維持することができた。

Claims (3)
- 炭化水素とアンモニアと酸素を含む原料ガスを反応器に供給し、この反応器内での気相酸化反応による生成ガス中のアクリロニトリル成分を回収するアクリロニトリルの製造方法において、
前記反応器の下流側に生成ガス試料の採集路を設け、この採集路で前記生成ガス試料を水に接触通過させ、その後に水溶成分を分離すると共に、分取した生成ガス試料を除湿処理し、次いで生成ガス試料の酸素濃度を計測し、この酸素濃度に基づいて前記生成ガス中のアクリロニトリル成分量が増加するように前記原料ガス組成を調整することを特徴とするアクリロニトリルの製造方法。 - 生成ガスを水と接触通過させる工程が、生成ガスを水蒸気と混合する工程である請求項1に記載のアクリロニトリルの製造方法。
- 除湿が、生成ガス中の水蒸気の凝縮工程もしくは乾燥剤との接触工程または両工程による除湿である請求項1または2に記載のアクリロニトリルの製造方法。
