Abstract

Claims (3)
- マイクロ構造が、少なくとも、第1の基板と前記第1の基板から伸びる壁のマイクロ構造とによって画定される、マイクロ構造を封止するための方法であって、
前記第2の基板の第1の側と前記壁のマイクロ構造の露出した端部との少なくとも1つに沿って複数の接着剤マイクロカプセルを適用することであって、前記接着剤マイクロカプセルは接着性物質を含有するマイクロカプセルを適用することと、
前記第2の基板の前記第1の側を前記壁のマイクロ構造の前記端部に隣接して位置決めすることと、
前記複数の接着剤マイクロカプセルの少なくとも一部を破壊して、前記壁のマイクロ構造の端部と前記第2の基板の前記第1の側との間に接着性物質を施すこととを含む、
方法。 - 前記マイクロカプセルを適用することの前に、前記第2の基板の第1の側と前記壁のマイクロ構造の前記端部との1つを被覆することをさらに含み、前記被覆することが、ディップコーティング、スプレーコーティング、スピンコーティング、ローラコーティング、スクリーン印刷、電着、ドクターブレーディング、及び転写技術の少なくとも1つを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板から伸びると共に、露出した端部を有する、壁のマイクロ構造と、
前記壁のマイクロ構造の前記端部に隣接して位置付けられた第1の側を有する第2の基板と、
前記壁のマイクロ構造の前記端部と前記第2の基板の前記第1の側との間に位置付けられた接着性物質とを含み、
前記接着性物質は、前記壁のマイクロ構造の前記露出した端部と前記第2の基板の前記第1の側との1つの上に配置された複数のマイクロカプセルから分散される、
