Abstract
【解決手段】
もみ抜き保持器1のポケット1bの内側に、外周面10bに油溝10cを有する環状体(リング)10を嵌め入れる。この油溝10cは、前記ポケット1bに嵌め入れた場合、ポケット1bの内周面1cとの間に軸受径方向の空間を形成し、この空間内に潤滑剤を保持することができる。また、高速回転や高荷重下において軸受の潤滑が不十分になった場合は、この油溝10cに保持された潤滑剤が軸受内部に送り出される。従って、本発明のもみ抜き型保持器は、このリング10の内周面10aや保持されるボール2の表面に特異な摩耗の発生がなく、良好な潤滑を長期に渡り維持することができる。

図1は、本実施の形態におけるもみ抜き型の玉軸受用保持器の外観斜視図であり、図2は、このもみ抜き保持器を使用したアンギュラ玉軸受の軸方向断面図である。なお、従来例と同様の機能を有する構成部材には、同じ符号を付記する。

Claims (2)
- 短筒状の基体の周方向所定の位置に、ボールを保持するポケットが複数形成されてなる玉軸受用保持器において、
前記ポケットのうち、少なくとも1つのポケットの内周には、軸受の径方向の溝を外周面に有する環状体が嵌め入れられていることを特徴とする玉軸受用保持器。 - 短筒状の基体の周方向所定の位置に、ボールを保持するポケットが複数形成されてなる玉軸受用保持器において、
前記ポケットのうち、少なくとも1つのポケットの内周には、軸受の径方向の孔を有する環状体が嵌め入れられていることを特徴とする玉軸受用保持器。
