Abstract
Description
一般式(1)で表されるピラン誘導体の具体例としては、下記構造式(2)または(3)で表されるものがある。
本発明のピラン誘導体を用いた発光素子の一態様について説明する。なお、発光素子の構造は、下記に記すものには限定されない。
本実施の形態では、本発明を適用した発光素子を用いた発光装置の一態様について説明する。
構造式(2)で表される本発明のピラン誘導体の合成方法について説明する。但し、合成方法は、本実施例に示すものには限定されず、この他の方法を用いて本発明のピラン誘導体を合成してもよい。
構造式(3)で表される本発明のピラン誘導体の合成方法について説明する。但し、合成方法は、本実施例に示すものには限定されず、この他の方法を用いて本発明のピラン誘導体を合成してもよい。
本発明のピラン誘導体に対する比較例として、下記一般式(4)で表されるピラン誘導体である、4−(ジシアノメチレン)―2、6−ビス(9−ジュロイジル)―4H―ピラン(略称:BisDCJ)のTG−DTAの結果を図7に示す。なお、測定には示唆熱熱重量同時測定装置(セイコー電子株式会社製,TG/DTA 320型)を用いている。
Claims (5)
- 熱重量測定したときの重量と温度との関係において、重量減少開始時から重量減少開始時における重量の50%以下の重量になる時迄の温度差が100℃以下であることを特徴とするピラン誘導体。
- 一対の電極間に、請求項1または請求項2に記載のピラン誘導体を含む層を有することを特徴とする発光素子。
- 一対の電極間に、請求項1または請求項2に記載のピラン誘導体と、双極子モーメントの大きい物質と、正孔輸送性を有する物質とを含む層を有することを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項3または請求項4に記載の発光素子をマトリクス状に配置し、赤色系発光を得るための発光素子として用いていることを特徴とする発光装置。
