Claims (25)
- 2線プロセス変数送信機を含む2線プロセス制御電流ループに接続するように構成されている第1の対の電気接続部、
プロセス装置の電圧入力チャンネルに接続するように構成されている第2の対の電気接続部、および
2線プロセス変数送信機とデジタル通信するために、前記第1の対の電気接続部のうちの一つの第1接続部と前記第2の対の電気接続部のうちの一つの第1電気接続部に電気的に接続される電気要素を含むプロセス制御システムに使用するための信号変換装置。 - 前記電気要素が前記電気接続部間に直列に接続されている請求項1の装置。
- 前記電気要素が抵抗からなる請求項1の装置。
- 前記抵抗が約230オーム〜約600オームの間の抵抗である請求項2の装置。
- 前記2線プロセス制御電流ループを通る電流に応答する電圧降下を提供するように構成された前記第2の対の電気接続部間に接続される電圧降下要素を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記電圧降下要素が抵抗を含む請求項5の装置。
- 前記電気要素と並列に接続されたスイッチを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記電圧降下要素の抵抗値が5オームである請求項6の装置。
- 前記2線プロセス制御電流ループを通る電流が約4mA〜20mAの範囲である請求項1の装置。
- 前記第2の対の電気接続部間の電圧は約20mボルト〜約100mボルトの範囲である請求項1の装置。
- 電力源を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記電力源は約10ボルト〜約50ボルト間の直流出力を提供し、2線プロセス制御電流ループと直列に接続される請求項11の装置。
- 前記2線プロセス制御電流ループ上に供給される電力源が電力を供給していることを示す出力を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記出力が光学的な出力を含む請求項13の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置が多入力チャンネルを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記第1の対の電気接続部がHART(登録商標)通信用に構成されている請求項1の装置。
- 2線プロセス変数送信機を含む2線プロセス制御電流ループに接続するように構成された第1の対の電気接続部、
プロセス装置の電圧入力チャンネルに接続するように構成された第2の対の電気接続部、および
前記第1の対の電気接続部を通って前記2線プロセス制御電流ループにデジタル通信信号を接続するためのデジタル通信接続手段とを含むプロセス制御システム中で使用する信号変換装置。 - 前記デジタル通信接続手段が抵抗である請求項17の装置。
- 2線プロセス変数送信機に接続するためにプロセス制御電流ループを提供し、
デジタル通信機に接続するために前記2線プロセス制御電流ループ上に第1の対の電気接続部を提供し、
プロセス装置の電圧入力チャンネルに接続するために第2の対の電気接続部を提供することからなる、
プロセス制御システム中で使用する方法。 - 前記第1の対の電気接続部間にインピーダンスを設けることを含む請求項19の方法。
- 前記第2の対の電気接続部間にインピーダンスを設けることを含む請求項19の方法。
- 前記第2の対のデッキ接続部間の電圧降下が約20mボルト〜約100mボルトの間である請求項19の方法。
- 2線プロセス制御電流ループが約4mA〜20mA間の電流を運ぶ請求項19の方法。
