Abstract
【解決手段】 側面開口の内側に配設された高周波組織切断装置を含む、胃腸管から組織を切除するために有用な医療装置。組織ストッパーを用いて、切除する組織の深さを制御することができ、組織ストッパーは、側面開口内に組織を吸引するために開口を含むことができる。組織ストッパーは、高周波組織切断装置に対して電気的に接地することができ、組織ストッパーは、高周波電気回路の1つの極を提供することができる。

Description
(1)医療装置であって、内部を通る組織を受容するための側面開口を備えた外面と、前記側面開口を介して受容された組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取ることができるように適合されたカッターと、前記カッターの内側に配置された組織ストッパーとを含み、前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路に一部を構成することを特徴とする医療装置。
(2)前記医療装置が内視鏡を受容できる大きさの通路を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(3)前記医療装置が先端開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(4)更に、内部に内視鏡を受容するための可撓性スリーブを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(5)組織を切除する方法であって、患者の胃腸管に高周波切断装置を配置するステップと、前記胃腸管に組織ストッパーを配置するステップと、前記組織ストッパーに対して組織塊を配置するステップと、前記高周波切断装置にエネルギーを加えるステップと、前記高周波切断装置に対して前記組織ストッパーを電気的に接地するステップと、前記組織塊から組織サンプルを切除するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
(7)前記組織塊を吸引する前記ステップが、長さと幅を有する開口を介して前記組織塊を吸引するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の方法。
(8)前記組織サンプルを切除する前記ステップが、前記切断装置のエネルギーが加えられた部分を前記開口の長さに亘って引き戻すステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(7)に記載の方法。

Claims (8)
- 医療装置であって、
内部を通る組織を受容するための側面開口を備えた外面と、
組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取るように適合され、かつ前記側面開口を介して延在する組織を切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合された、前記側面開口の内側に支持されたカッターと、
前記カッターの内側に配置された組織ストッパーとを含み、
前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路の極を構成していることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路の接地を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、真空を伝える少なくとも1つの貫通開口を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置が内視鏡を受容できる大きさの通路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置が、前記側面開口の両側に配設されたスロットにスライド可能に係合するように支持された切断要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが導電材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーがその一面に導電材料設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
