Description
(1)組織サンプルを採取する方法であって、内視鏡を用意するステップと、側面開口及び組織カッターを備えたオーバーチューブを用意するステップと、患者の体内に内視鏡と共に前記オーバーチューブを挿入するステップと、前記オーバーチューブの前記側面開口内に組織を受容するステップと、前記側面開口内に延在する組織を前記組織カッターで切断するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
(2)更に、真空を利用して前記側面開口内に組織を吸引するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の方法。
(3)前記真空が前記内視鏡を介して真空源に接続されていることを特徴とする実施態様(2)に記載の方法。
(4)前記オーバーチューブが前記内視鏡に対して回動可能であることを特徴とする実施態様(2)に記載の方法。
(5)医療装置であって、
側面開口を通して組織を受容するための側面開口を備えた、内部に内視鏡を受容するためのオーバーチューブと、
前記側面開口の中へと延在する組織から組織サンプルを切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合された組織カッターを含む、前記オーバーチューブ内に配置された組織採取装置とを含むことを特徴とする医療装置。
(6)前記組織採取装置が、前記側面開口の内側に配置された組織ストッパーを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(5)に記載の医療装置。
(7)前記組織ストッパーが変形可能であることを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の医療装置。
(8)前記組織ストッパーが、内視鏡が通過できる第1の位置から、前記側面開口内に吸引された組織塊を受容し支持する第2の位置に変形可能であることを特徴とする実施態様(7)に記載の医療装置。
(9)前記組織ストッパーが、前記側面開口内の組織を吸引するために真空源から真空を伝える少なくとも1つの開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の医療装置。
(10)前記組織ストッパーが真空を伝えるための複数の貫通開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(11)前記組織カッターが組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取るように適合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(5)に記載の医療装置。
(12)前記オーバーチューブが内視鏡が通過できるように適合された先端開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(5)に記載の医療装置。
(13)前記開口の内側に配置された組織ストッパーを更に含み、前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路の接地極を提供することを特徴とする実施態様(5)に記載の医療装置。
(14)医療装置であって、
側面開口を通して組織を受容するための側面開口を有する外面、先端開口、及び内視鏡を受容するための通路を備えた本体と、
前記側面開口を介して延在する組織を切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合されたカッターとを含むことを特徴とする医療装置。

Claims (12)
- 医療装置であって、
側面開口を備えた、内部に内視鏡を受容するためのオーバーチューブであって、前記側面開口はこの開口を通して組織を受容するためのものである、オーバーチューブと、
前記オーバーチューブ内に配置された組織採取装置であって、前記側面開口の中へと延在する組織から組織サンプルを切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合された組織カッターを含む、組織採取装置と、
前記側面開口の内側に配置された組織ストッパーと、
を含み、
前記組織ストッパーが、内視鏡の通過を可能にする第1の位置から、前記側面開口内に吸引された組織塊を受容し支持する第2の位置に変形可能である、医療装置。 - 前記組織ストッパーは、前記オーバーチューブに取り付けられており、
前記組織ストッパーは、この組織ストッパーが取り付けられている前記オーバーチューブの部分の弦長よりも広い幅を有する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記組織ストッパーが、前記側面開口内へと組織を吸引するために真空源から真空を伝えるための少なくとも1つの貫通開口を含む、請求項1または2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、真空を伝えるための複数の貫通開口を含む、請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織カッターが、組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取るように適合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記オーバーチューブが、内視鏡が通過できるように適合された先端開口を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記オーバーチューブの先端部に設けられた柔軟な円錐部材であって、開口した先端部を有する、円錐部材をさらに含み、
前記先端部の開口は、内視鏡の前進で変形して、これにより、前記内視鏡が前記円錐部材の開口先端部を通過することができる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の医療装置。 - 前記組織ストッパーが、高周波回路の接地極を提供する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブであって、この細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブの先端部に前記オーバーチューブが配置される、細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、

前記組織ストッパーが、内視鏡の通過を可能にする第1の位置から、前記側面開口内に吸引された組織塊を受容し支持する第2の位置に変形可能である、医療装置。 - 前記本体には、前記本体よりも柔軟で、前記先端開口を有する円錐部材が設けられており、前記先端開口は、内視鏡の前進で変形して、これにより、前記内視鏡が前記先端開口を通過することができる、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブであって、この細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブの先端部に前記本体が配置される、細長い可撓性チューブまたはスリーブをさらに含む、請求項10または11に記載の医療装置。
