Abstract
【解決手段】対向して挟持部材を形成するプローブ若しくはコネクタ本体を有する大電流電源電極プローブ若しくはコネクタにおいて、上記プローブ若しくはコネクタ本体の接触部にそれぞれ金の薄板を溶接固定し、前記プローブ若しくはコネクタ本体の外周に金メッキを施して、金メッキが剥がれても金の薄板が電極に接触し、電極の微小な凹凸を吸収し得るようにした。

Claims (9)
- 対向して挟持部材を形成する部材を有するプローブ若しくはコネクタ本体からなる大電流電源電極プローブにおいて、上記プローブ若しくはコネクタ本体の接触部にそれぞれ金の薄板を溶接固定し、前記プローブ若しくはコネクタ本体の外周に金メッキを施したことを特徴とする大電流電源電極若しくはコネクタプローブ。
- 前記対向する挟持部材の間に、絶縁材を介装し、一方の挟持部材は電流を、他方の挟持部材は電圧をとらえるケルビン式プローブに形成してなる請求項1記載のプローブ。
- 前記対向する挟持部材を、バネ性を有し導電性の低い金属板体でクリップ形に構成してなる請求項1又は2記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記対向する挟持部材を、ベリリウム銅で形成してなる請求項3記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記対向する挟持部材の接触部に凹部を形成し、該凹部に金箔を充填し、該金箔の上面に前記金の薄板を溶接固定してなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記金の薄板の裏面に、スリットを形成してなる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記対向する挟持部材に、複数の円弧状の凸部を接触部として形成してなる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記金の薄板の厚さは、40μ〜300μである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
- 前記大電流は、10A以上である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のプローブ若しくはコネクタ。
