Abstract
【解決手段】 内部空間を有するケースと,前記ケースに内装設置される複数の電池セルと,前記電池セルの間に配置される少なくとも一つのスペーサーとを含み,前記電池セルに対する前記スペーサーの支持部位に,前記電池セルで発生した熱を前記ケースの外部に放出する空間が形成される。

Description
ケースに内装設置する複数の電池セルと;電池セルの間に配置される少なくとも一つのスペーサーと;を含み,スペーサーは電池セルに線接触してこの電池セルを支持する電池パックが提供される。かかる構成により,電池セル間の電気的接触を防止することができ,電池セルの固定状態を堅固にすることができる。

Claims (9)
- 電池パックにおいて:
内部空間を有するケースと;
前記ケースに内装設置される複数の電池セルと;
前記電池セルの間に配置される1または2以上のスペーサーと;を備え,
前記電池セルと前記スペーサーの間に,前記電池セルで発生した熱を前記ケースの外部に放出するための空間が形成されていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スペーサーは,前記電池セルを収容する本体と前記電池セルに接触して支える支持部を有し,前記ケースの内部に装着された状態で前記電池セルの長さ方向に対して垂直方向に切断した前記本体および支持部の断面が階段状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記本体は,切断した断面がH形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 電池パックにおいて:
内部空間を有するケースと;
前記ケースに内装設置される複数の電池セルと;
前記電池セルの間に配置される1または2以上のスペーサーと;を備え,
前記スペーサーが前記電池セルに線接触して前記電池セルを支持することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スペーサーは,前記電池セルを収容する本体と前記電池セルに接触して支える支持部を有し,前記ケースの内部に装着された状態で前記電池セルの長さ方向に対して垂直方向に切断した前記本体および支持部の断面が階段状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記本体は,切断した断面がH形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 電池パックにおいて:
内部空間を有するケースと;
前記ケースに内装設置される複数の電池セルと;
前記電池セルの間に配置される1または2以上のスペーサーと;を備え,
前記少なくとも一つのスペーサーが前記電池セルを収容する本体と前記電池セルに接触して支える支持部を有し,前記電池セルと前記支持部との間に前記電池セルで発生した熱を前記ケースの外部に放出するための空間が形成されていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スペーサーは,前記ケースの内部に装着された状態で前記電池セルの長さ方向に対して垂直方向に切断した前記本体および支持部の断面が階段状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記本体は,切断した断面がH形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池パック。
