Abstract
【解決手段】電槽蓋1の極柱貫通部に凹孔2が形成され、該凹孔内に備えられた中空のブッシング3がその下部周縁で蓋と密接に結合され、該ブッシングを貫通する極柱4が該ブッシングの上端付近で相互に溶着されて端子を形成し、該端子5上端部を残して充填接着剤7が凹孔内面とブッシングとの間隙を満たすごとくブッシング外面と端子の一部を覆うことを特徴とする。ブッシングと蓋との結合は螺着、または強挿圧着が望ましく、凹孔内面はコロナ放電等による表面改質が望ましい。

放電出力 :90〜190W
電極移動速度:約20mm/秒
上下移動回数:6回
である。この条件は凹孔、すなわち電池の大きさや形状により変えることができる。尚、電極の形状は一例であり、ブラシ状やその他の形状のものを使用することもできる。この方法によれば、火炎による改質の場合に起こる可能性のある部分的な高温による変形や、火炎の片寄りによる改質の不均一のための接着不良を避けることができる。

Claims (5)
- 電槽蓋の極柱貫通部に凹孔が形成され、該凹孔内に備えられた中空のブッシングがその下部周縁で蓋と密接に結合され、該ブッシングを貫通する極柱が該ブッシングの上端付近で相互に溶着されて端子を形成し、該端子上端部を残して充填接着剤が凹孔内面とブッシングとの間隙を満たすごとくブッシング外面と端子の一部を覆うことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池の端子構造。
- 中空のブッシングと蓋との密接な結合が螺着である、請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の端子構造。
- 中空のブッシングと蓋との密接な結合が強挿圧着である、請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の端子構造。
- 凹孔の内側表面が表面改質されている、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の鉛蓄電池の端子構造。
- 表面改質がコロナ放電によるものである、請求項4記載の鉛蓄電池の端子構造。
